Pros +
- Did not have breakfast there. It was very very close to so very good restaurants and the harbor so it was very convenient to see things
- Located inside the old walls and streets of Genoa. Very convenient to paid parking in port/aquarium area (hotel gets half price with validation). Rooms, location, service make for a great value. Friendly multilingual staff. The rooms are quiet and reachable by 1 (or 2) elevators. Water pressure and temperature in shower is excellent. Free high speed wifi is reliable. Will definitely return!
- The staff was one of the friendliest we've encounter. Stefania, Simone and Guillermo were helpful, knowledgeable about the city important stuff. They told us where to go and what to avoid. Their recommendations were excellent. I had a minor incident and they helped me in a extraordinary way. The hotel location was excellent. From one side we walked to the port less than 10 minutes walk. From the other side we could reach the main attractions in 20 minutes. The train station of Genova P. Principe was about 10-15 minutes walk. We had daily service of room cleaning and change of towels.
Cons -
- Our friend wishes there was a coffee maker in the room, but there is a breakfast room inside, and cafes just outside the hote within 20 steps. l
- The entrance to the elevator on floor#0 is tricky and a little slippery.
- The beds and the sheets were a little cheap. Also, the floors were linoleum. The shower door kept sliding off.

The beds and the sheets were a little cheap. Also, the floors were linoleum. The shower door kept sliding off.
location - we wanted to visit the oceanarium "centro aquatico" - so we liked it. but near the hotel like 150 meters begins a bit dirty streets.
the sound isolation is poor - it was possible to hear everything from neighbors.
Great location close to the port and old city. Staff friendly. Hotel very clean and room had a fridge, good air con, kettle and was of a high starndard. Very good.
Located in the old town, decently close to interesting spots. Recently renewed, AC working fine, fridge in the room - everything OK for a hot day in Genoa.
Offering parking means they have an arrangement with a parking near aquarium - with this arrangement you pay half of price (24Euro/24h -> 48Euro for me as I stayed two day).
Very friendly staff, well maintained rooms, easy to locate, pretty central
Sometimes the cleaning staff would forget to put in correct towels
Friendly staff, nice room with big shutter windows and comfortable bed
Shower seal was broken and leaked a lot into the bathroom
Very clean and cosy place in the historic city of Genova.Close to cafeterias and restaurants.Very helpful staff.
The location is very good and some of the staff are nice and helpful. The wifi was good.
The elevator starts from the first floor so if you have problems climbing stairs forget this hotel. It needs a big refurbishment.
Okayish hotel for on night
Really loud, you can hear peoples flushing the toilet right next to yiur head. Street outside is loud and neighbours moving in sounds like they are moving inside your room
Next to nice coffee and restaurant
Hard to find and parkVery simple place but pleasant
location and staff
no hot water in shower
The Hotel is well situated, walking distance from the station, old city and seafront
The staff is not very friendly which contributes to the impersonal feeling of the place. The inside of the hotel is dark and feels very dingy with a microscopic and slow elevator. The room was clean but minimalist and the bathroom extremely small and mouldy - especially the shower area had a very unpleasant mould smell and the ceiling above it had been removed. It states it has three stars but those seem self-administered...
staff very helpfull
we were given room 10 , apparently the best room in the hotel
Staff, location
Interior was uwful, walls were dirty, water was switching from cold to hot randomly
A terrible experience!
It was a very bad surprise. We had booked 3 rooms with a double bed, 2 of the 3 rooms had a single large bed instead of the double bed.In the bathroom the plasterboard on the ceiling was damp and if someone used the upstairs bathroom, water would drop into the downstairs bathroom. There were exposed electrical wires in the corridor. We booked August 30th for September 17th. On the day of arrival, they cancelled the reservation saying that the payment did not go through with the credit card, on the phone we wanted to give another credit card, they did not want to take it, they forced us to re-book through booking by spending 300 euros more than the price of the previous booking, on the same day of arrival, we had no choice.
Very central position. If you bring your own toiletries, this is a good option. I was here for three nights in a single room which was clean and quiet.
Absolutely nothing, it was awful.
- there is absolutely no possibility to aproach a hotel by a car, it has no parking at all, you have to park somethere in the town and get back there with your luggage.- stuff absolutly doestn't speak any languge excepting Italian and was rude and unfriendly.- there is no breakfast at all.- everything around as were dirty and stinky.
