VeryI like location, yummy breakfast , clean room with fresh towels every day and friendly staff!

Place is charming and staff is very friendly. Breakfast is delicious and varied. Private parking is a big plus.

The staff is particularly nice and flexible, they were all very accommodating and available. The location is perfect and the price is very competitive.

Cleanliness and the state of the facilities are not amazing, the price is very low so I was not expecting 5 star amenities but some efforts on the cleanliness are much needed.

Location is very nice, transport are easily accessable. carefore express is nearby. city center is at 5 KM distance, Beach is at walking distance. Free parking are avaiable on luck.

Bedroom was lovely, but not been able to control AC unit was a minus for me.

Bathroom/shower is very small. If you are not of slender build you will not be able to have a proper shower without opening the shower door. Mould on the wall and ceiling.

I was thrilled that they had parking on-site, as I couldn't fit my car in any of the parking places on the street - and there were none anyway! Also - the reservation said that single rooms had no A/C - but mine did - and it was 35 -40 degrees and humid while I was there - it was GREAT! Also - the staff were exceptionally helpful and friendly! The location was great - just a couple blocks from the promenade - a perfect spot, and a nice place to stay!

Perfect location five minutes walk to the town center or the Boccadasse beach with bars and restaurants. Convenient parking at the premises. Very nice and helpful staff! The rooms were nice and clean. Good breakfast included.

Everything was all you needed!

This was a hidden gem! We were greeted with the loveliest receptionist and given a beautiful room with a balcony. The room was large, very clean and the breakfast was perfectly up to standards. It is of an older style but it lacks nothing because of that. It is 3 minutes walk from the beach. Excellent for how much we paid and we recommend.

it had air conditioning

we have no view! even though the only reason we booked was for sea/ Mountain View. they kept are car key when parked in the car park and reception closed at 11.30pm -6.30am so we couldn’t take our own car. we had no desk in our room and the electric cut of in our room we had the turn the fuse back on.

Staff were helpful, parking available.

Breakfasts could have been better, no staff around giving any oversite.

Walking distance to the famous Boccadasse and coastline, with many eating establishments in the area. Close to public buses and one of the stops of the sightseeing hop-on, hop-off bus.Good breakfast and coffee selection.

The building is old and is probably in need of renovations. The bathroom shower size is meant for people who are petite size.

The rooms were cold, there is an air conditioner that only blows half-cold air, the breakfast is disastrous, and the price is like in a 4-star hotel

The crew was nice. The location is interesting. Not in the middle of the town, but near a lovely and picturesque fisherman village, that is really worth a visit.We would never find this village if we wouldn't stay in this hotel.The hotel has parking spaces for the guest's cars.

Bad breakfast. Really. The eggs' method of preparation must be changed. Bad orange juice.The room is not renovated and not nice.The shower is the most uncomfortable that I remember from hotels in the recent years.
