Close access to the train station for the cinque terre. Central walking location in older Genoa. Staff were friendly & good selection at breakfast. Room clean.

We had a very pleasant stay at this hotel. The entire place was exceptionally clean. The room had a balcony and was comfortable, perfectly suitable for two people. The location was excellent - right in the city center and just a 3-minute walk from Brignole Station. Overall, it was great value for money and a very clean, well-located hotel.

The lift was extremely narrow - I’ve never seen such a tiny one-person lift! It was more funny than annoying. ?

The hotel was great! I had never been to the section of Genoa where the hotel is located and was surprised to find such a vibrant, clean area of the city compared to other areas I visited.

Only thing is the hotel entrance is a little hard to find. There are signs marking the area, but one has to work to find the entrance door.

The service, a very generous breakfast, great staff. They have baggage storage for free.

Unfortunately there was a lot of noise at night with guests going up and down the stairs.

Location is amazing! Everything you need to see is in a walking distance. It is also in the pedestrian area where restaurants, bakeries, gelaterias and bars can be found. For a short stay it is a perfect choice: it is clean, very well located and the breakfast was quite decent. The only thing missing for a longer then 2-3 days stay, for me, is the room size and the lack of storing space

The room was clean and cute, the staff was quite friendly, and the hotel is in a really good location.

The bed was smaller than expected (definitely less than a regular double bed), as were the bedroom and the bathroom, with barely any space to move. The room was not well noise insulated, we could hear quite loudly all the time people in the neighboring rooms, cleaning service walking around in the morning, and the bar downstairs which played loud music until quite late in the evening. The toilet was separated with a sliding door and every noise could be heard from anywhere in the room, fact which my partner did not appreciate. The balcony was not really accessible, since the window door would just get stuck.

It´s a very welcoming place in the city centre only 6 minutes from central train station. Standard of rooms is according to the price okay. All clean and bed is big. Still, the walls are a bit thin.The staff is very friendly and helpful. And the coffee in the morning is senseational good. I would come again

It is very central! Close to Brignole train station and Piazza de Ferraris, everything at walking distance. The neighbourhood is full of bars, restaurants and bakeries. The hotel is very charming, quiet and staff is very friendly!

We booked for easy late check-in and possibility to leave our bags after check-out. And all was perfect.Short walk from Genuja Brignole train station, easy to find, since there is huge sign on hotel building.Staff were very helpful and attentive. No problem to get extra duvet if needed.Comfortable bed.We didn't experience any major noise.

Good location, very easy walk to Brignole station for the metro and trains out of the city. Able to leave bags for exploring the city.

Taxi dropped me at the door but I imagine on foot would have been harder to locate.

The shower was not clean (hair), it was rather expensive for a really basic room

Handy for the train station and not too far from the city centre. There was a nice cafe next door and lots of local shops and other places to eat. The hotel staff were friendly and helpful. The hotel provided a good value breakfast, a nice start to the day. We liked the music themed decor

The room was bit small. There was no bar at the hotel.

Nice little budget hotel in the heart of the town. The man on the reception desk was very friendly and helpful with directions and even gave me a bottle of Cola after a tough days travel.The room was compact but functional, very quiet overnight, however in the morning there’s a busy college opposite but it’s fine.

It’s a budget hotel so any complaints would be just nitpicking

The only thing was the balcony window and curtain set up. Clearly, without knowing it, you can manage the curtain rail if you try to get on the balcony

The hotel was centrally located and close to shopping and the port.

There was no parking for our car and the garage they recommended, while close, was difficult to maneuver and you had to pay extra. Not recommended if you have a vehicle.
