AC Hotel Genova

Located on the outskirts of the city but excellent bus connections to the city centre.Quality hotel at a very reasonable price at this time of year(mi- March)

Few choices of alternative eating spots near by.

Very Comfy large bed, clean room/linen. Excellent facilities: kettle, fridge and very nice toiletries provided. Spacious bathroom and bedroom, best make up mirror/lighting ever! Excellent bar area/ restaurant, delicious snacks provided with drinks. Nice staff.

The shower was over a bathtub. I found the taps awkward; you had to select the handheld or overhead option. The bath tap continually ran even with the overhead option selected, so I ended up standing in a puddle.

The welcome is always very good.All information given quickly and efficiently

1) the toilet door is fashion but not useful at all: it has always been but this time I suffered the lack of isolation more than usual2) the gym has not enough machines for lifting

The staff is amazing. They are very kind and eager to help . They make you feel welcomed. The staff at the restaurant especially at breakfast are really great.

The parking is really really small. Only about 8-10 cars fit and if you go out you will definitely lose your spot as it happened to us and you will have to search for one out in the street and being Genova Italy, it will take you a long time to find one and really far away from the hotel as it happened to us two nights in a row. So if you need parking, I suggest searching for a different hotel.

Staff service was great!! We had a really bad experience with another booking where it stated false information so had to do another reservation to the AC last minute, getting there at midnight and even at that time they did some grilled sandwiches and sent it to our rooms for my kids to eat. They were extremely nice and helpful

Very close to Gaslini Hospital. The city center of Genoa is also not far away.The room was nice and quiet, even though the hotel is located on a very busy road.The reception staff were helpful and kind.

The staff at breakfast, particularly the lady in charge, were not very kind or helpful. The baby cot was a bit worn and dirty.

Great location near bus stops, near grocery store. Comfortable bed, helpful staff. Parking on the street is free within white borders.

Location 10 minutes from the beach, next to a bus station which was very handy.

Location: easy (and free) to park around the hotel. Highway is pretty close to the hotel (5 mins away)Comfy and large room. Nice staff. Hotel is well maintained and very clean.

The heat is WAY too high at night. Impossible to adjust in the room.My credit card was charged before I did the check out (and I wanted to pay in cash)

The bed was very uncomfortable, and I couldn't sleep during any of the nights. One employee at breakfast was completely unprofessional. Although this is a pet-friendly hotel, a waitress approached us every morning to inform us that we could not move around with our dog and that we could only be seated in the corner. She even asked how long we would be staying because the following days would be crowded at breakfast. This was really disturbing, and her attitude was definitely inappropriate. We understood her message from the first morning, so it was unnecessary for her to approach us about it every day afterward.

Friendly staff. Easy free parking in the area around it. The gym room has an amazing view (but… look at the negative …)

The gym is really poor in equipment

Room was spacious for the family of four. Clean room, but old-fashioned, it needs some refresh. Breakfast was good. Kind and helpful staff.

Mattress was bit too hard. Location - far from the centre.

We left the room very early, and when we returned after 2:30 PM, the room had not been made up.

Clean, modern room. I liked the parking garage access, modern amenities of the property.

The outside space was bad. No outside bar in the roof terrace with a nice view. Gym was 30c and no good ac working
