Best Western Hotel Metropoli

Clean room with a view! Staff was the best we encountered on our trip. Location is a minute's Walk from Piazza de Ferrari. Great experience.

The staff at the hotel was very nice and accommodating.The location is great, walkable to the city center.

It's difficult to find decent accommodation in Genova, especially that isn't very loud or moldy. But the Metropoli was clean, remarkably quiet, very well located, and reasonably priced. Need to remember it for next time!

We spent two nights here and it was ina great location near the shops. The staff were friendly and gave your correct room key on your return every time. Great breakfast too,

Location of the hotel was very good. Couple of minutes to the train station and Piazza Ferrari. The room was clean. Breakfast was good, and they also served afternoon coffee and pastries. The people at the reception were helpful, they helped us for our reservations and other needs.

They have nothing in the bathroom that one may need during her/his stay. No cotton pads, no ear sticks, no mini toothpaste, nothing. These are not luxury, these things are needed for one's personal care. A bottle of water on the table as a welcome would also be nice.

This hotel was in a great central location. It was only 2 blocks to the Ferrari Square where the Christmas Market was happening.

The hotel needs an urgent renovation.Also, the receptionist had a racist comment.

Staff were all friendly, especially Reception staff. Breakfast was very generous buffet of good quality selection. Facilities clean and comfortable.

Great location, close to the old city and not far from the Metro and local restaurants. Small but well appointed rooms. Very friendly staff. You can breakfast at the hotel, or just go downstairs to the cafeterias that are under the hotel.

Excellent location breakfast very basic.

Small room was expecting it to be bigger. Poor air conditioning in the room not powerful enough especially in July. No drawer space for clothes. Shower very cramped.

Great breakfast well worth the money. Great location old town is just a short walk away.

The AC was just ok. It was hot while we in Genoa 90F plus, the AC struggled to keep the room cool. The room we stayed in was not as nice as the pics of the room. I didn’t expect there to be teddy bears waiting on the bunk bed when we arrived, but felt the pics did non live up to reality. All that said it was a hotel room that got the job done, great staff, and like I said a great affordable breakfast. So you all decide.
