Best Western Plus City Hotel

Breakfast included is a plus. English-speaking staff is helpful. Convenient to metro/bus and eateries nearby. Cleanliness is acceptable. Enough TV channels to select.

Too small the lift to take two people everytime, or you need to compromise with the stairs. Fire egress and check-in/check-out for more guests could be a nig issue. Room size is small.

Loved location & room & was perfect to walking all around town. Also, loved the quality of service we received, the breakfast (for $9 eruo) was incredible--NEVER seen such a wonderful breakfast for that price and every option a person could ask for.

The room was very nice and comfortable. Staff was very friendly.

The elevator was exceptionally small. Toilet seat in the room was broken.

The air conditioning isn't in operation from October through May. It stayed cool enough for the most part

Location amazing and ambience

location was convenient enough, clean but a bit outdated.

Limitations of parking and it was costing 25€ per vehicle per night which I strongly encourage the hotel to provide it free of charge for guests.

We really liked the convenient location — close to the city center but still on a quiet street, which made our stay peaceful. The hotel felt safe and welcoming. We also appreciated the valet parking service, which made everything easier, and our car was well taken care of. Additionally, we were offered a membership upon check-in, which we gladly accepted — a nice touch that made us feel valued as guests.

There wasn't anything major that we dislike, but the lighting in bathroom could be improved for a more comfortable experience.

Good location in the middle of the town, nice staff.

We had to change the room, if you book, always ask for a room in front of the hotel; the others are very dark and the feeling is not very pleasant.

The hotel is well located. Very nice staff. Breakfast was fantastic. Clean.

The lift is very small. The bed could be a little more comfortable.

Hotel is well located, only a short distance to Plaza Ferrari, the heart of the city and walking distance to Via Garibaldi where many old palaces are located. Also walking distance to the old port, also an important attraction. Breakfast was superb.

The staff was not very communicative and at times provided inaccurate information.

We were given a quiet room on a high floor just as we wished. Wehad an excellent stay, right in the heart of the city and yet in a tranquil spot. The staff proved helpful, which is always nice

Wonderful location in a quiet street. Complete bedroom with everything we needed.

Well located. quiet, lovely breakfast. My colleague had a different and older room than mine.

There are 2 Best Western, make sure you go to the right one! Luckily they aren't two far from each others.

The room was clean and good for 4 people, two adults with two toddlers. The hotel was near/almost in city center with paid parking available (book parking ahead of check in).

The only minus is there were almost no restaurants near by only the hotel restaurant which opens at 19 for dinner, a foccacria and a piizaria that opens at 18- not convenient when traveling with two tired toddlers :)

It's a Best Western, so you know the brand and what it's like to stay at one of their hotels. The hotel itself is fine, no parking on site but there is an underground parking just a few minutes away by foot at 25 eur per day. The rooms are a bit dated, but comfortable enough. Has all the amenities you need and also hot pot for tea. Breakfast was included and had typical Italian foods. Was good enough for a short stay. The city center and main sights are reslly just 5 minutes by foot or less, so great location.

Could be updated to make more modern.

Central location. They have a really handy parking guy! The lady in reception was also open and helpful!

we had to choose the hour range (e.g 8:00-9:00) for coming down for the breakfast although staff was very accommodating and nice about changes in the last minute ( there was no problem) - minor issue anyway
