Clean big and functional room, perfect ac

Balcony was big but a rope for the wet clothes was missing

The staff were very nice and accommodating. It's a few mins walk to a nice beach and lots of seafront restaurants. It's a bus ride to the centre of town and a 15 mins walk to a train station. We had a very comfortable stay.

Do not have any complaints but it would have been nice to have some fresh fruit as part of the breakfast.

The hotel , location , cleaning and the staff are super good .I enjoyed the time staying at hotel Tirreno.The breakfast has also many options.I highly recommend this hotel.

Good clean hotel

Breakfast was good. However too much of pastruies and cakes and not fruit at all.

The owner was very nice. Breakfast was good without being exceptional. Having a barista for breakfast was a nice touch. Off-street parking was a nice plus. The owners have done a good job of modernising an old hotel. The décor is still a little dated, but that is part of its charm. However, the comfort level is up to modern expectations. Good shutters and air-conditioning were very much appreciated!

It's quite an uphill walking from the parking lot to the hotel.

Beds were comfy, the room was clean, the interior of the hotel had an old and elegant charm!

Breakfast could maybe be a bit more varied but the coffee was really good!

I really enjoyed the pastries and coffees for breakfast. The staff was very helpful and friendly. My room as well as the whole hotel was very clean.

The air conditioning in my room did not work but it didn’t really matter to me since I was there for a short weekend and it wasn’t too hot. Shower was very small, but otherwise everything was great.

It was very clean and tidy. I am gluten intolerant and the only thing they could offer me were stale gluten free sweet biscuits for my included breakfast

Parking was convenient, staff nice and helpful, comfortable room

We had to pay an extra 50eur for arriving after midnight, which we only learned after the booking was done.

Clean room.

Day manager insisted on shutting down breakfast at 10AM on the dot by shutting off the TV while we were watching it. He then refused a second coffee for my wife and I at 10.03AM. He then became very hostile when I asked for another cup of coffee. I have travelled world and never met a ‘jerk’ like him. Also the Hotel charge was €135 per night. Way too high for this place. Should be more like €75. Best avoid.

Staff, Cleanliness, Location close to the beach

I had a room that was a serviced apartment style with a kitchenette. While basic, I would stay here again. Breakfast was more than adequate with a lovely strong coffee to start the day.

Room could have done with a little bit more soul. Maybe a sofa or armchair?

there was no bottled water. Facilities were minimum. The walls were very thin so we could hear the neighbours.

Perfect hotel with helpful staff and a great location.The beach is just a 1-minute walk away.There are many restaurants nearby.Breakfast is included with free drinks such as coffee, cappuccino, etc.Highly recommended

A little bit expensive.

The location is great, the beach is 200 m, a supermarket 100 m away from the hotel. The bus stops right in front of it.To the center of Genova you need 25-35 minutes by bus, I think it's okay.The breakfast was good, too.I'm not used to eating sweet baker's ware for breakfast, but the pies were very very good ?....(There was cheese and ham/salami , too)The coffee is great ?The room was cleaned every day, clean towels and shampoo when needed.
