Hotel doesn’t have a parking! Breakfast was average at best!

Breakfast was ok, nothing fancy or too diverse, but they had enough to get you started for the day. The location is excellent, we could easily get to all the destinations we had planned to visit, on foot. Lots of shops, restaurants, museums, food markets, all within 15 minutes of walking.The staff was helpful, kept the room clean, check-in and check-out was super easy. The price was also pretty good, considering the location.Did I mention the location is excellent?

The bed mattress was quite worn towards the middle and I could not get a decent night's sleep on it because of my back problems. The walls have absolutely no soundproofing and we could hear the couple in the room next to us argue all through the night (they were yelling pretty loudly, to be honest and I was mostly awake because of the mattress). The hot water ran out pretty quickly in the evening, taking a shower at 9 PM already meant you'd have to use lukewarm water.The room I stayed in was a bit on the smaller side, when going around the bed from one side of the room to the other you'd have to bend over, otherwise you'd hit your head on the TV, which was mounted on that wall. The other 3 rooms we had reserved (for my kids and my friends) did not have this issue, each room was different.

The room was spacious, clean and comfortable. The staff were so friendly and helpful. Hotel is located in a great location, you can find many shops and restaurants nearby, Piazza de Ferrari was 7-8 min by walk. Also the breakfast was good.

Hotel was very close to the Piazza and many restaurants. We walked to all of the site seeing places and had a wonderful stay.

The room was large and comfortable and felt very relaxing. It had been recently decorated very well and was exceptionally clean. The staff were delightful. The breakfast were good and I would highly recommend this hotel.

The only reason I didn't give it 10 was that it advertised tea and coffee making facilities and electric kettles but these did not seem to exist at all anywhere in the hotel and the staff we asked were bemused as they never had. However, the staff were very happy to make us trades of hot water and milk so we could make tea, although of course that didn't mean we couldn't make it first thing in the morning.

Great location!The room has a good size. It's clean and comfortable. The breakfast was very good and the staff very nice.

The location was excellent. Close to the train station and most attractions in Genoa. The room was clean and quiet, spacious for the twin selection. All the hotel staff members were very friendly and kind, especially the ladies at the reception and the dining area. We were allowed to check in early, our room being ready upon arrival.

The breakfast is not very varied and the twin beds are very narrow. Body towels were not changed during the entire stay.

The room was very cosy (even though it was very cold outside, February weather), it was clean and had the classic facilities needed. The staff was really nice and helpful in multiple occasions. The location was also fantastic. I would be happy to come back!

The lady at the reception on our arrival on the 4th of February 2024 was very welcoming & warm with her words! Such a lovely lady! The position of the hotel is perfectly situated in the centre of Genova! Rooms were comfortable & clean! Absolutely so pleasant for a one night stay. We had the small double rooms.

Walls were a bit thin as we could hear our neighbours’ conversation!

Clean, fantastic location, easy to find hotel, 24 hour reception, mini fridge.

The walls are a bit thin, sometimes you can hear sounds from the next room, but it's not a problem for me. I would have been glad if they had provided me with slippers because the floor was quite cold.

Welcoming and friendly staff, comfortable beds, and a fair selection for breakfast. Central location, ideal for sightseeing.

Central location.... reception people fine . Breakfast good choices...lovely old building and facilities all fine.. excellent sound proofing..no traffic noise.
