Lady on reception was super nice,sweet and helpful!!!She solved our problem with huge bus parking absolutely brilliant!!!Thank youuuuu!!!100% recommended hotel???

A lovely building with welcoming staff. Room was comfortable. Breakfast was good. Location is superb. Nice veranda to relax. A tiny bar if you need a nightcap.

In such a traditional building, walls allow some sounds from adjacent rooms.

The reception personnel were amazing - above and beyond expectations. Lots of Genova history, recommendations for dining, making us feel welcome and comfortable in our room. Parking on site.

Friendly staff. Extremely accommodating.We arrived, exhausted from an overland drive from the UK. On our arrival our husky made a run for it around the corner from the hotel. Not only did the night receptionist help find our dog, he also helped calm down my other dog. He went well beyond the duty of a warm reception. He helped LOWER my hypertension with his humane action to recover our dog. We will never forget his kindness.

This hotel has parking right outside the front door which was a bonus.Check in was very easy and the staff were very friendly and polite.Room was spotless and the bed was extremely comfortable.Close to lots of restaurants and there is a bus stop right outside the gate to take you downtown.5 minute walk to the boardwalk which was very nice and an easy way to walk into the downtown ( 40 minute walk).Breakfast was good and nice that you order the night before to minimize food waste, great idea.We would stay here again in a heartbeat.

I like that they chose to do away with the buffet breakfast top avoid excess waste. No problem to order the night before & food was greatA little miscommunication on the egg - I thought we were getting sunny side up but we got soft/med hard boiled egg in a cup. Lots of choices to enjoy breakfast. Staff gave great dinner recommendation & we walked not too far at all. Luckily, bc it was a severe downpour after dinner. Parking was excellent right on the premises. Very comfortable room & the shower was terrific!! They left a candy on our pillows ... how sweet ?

Comfy bed, very good breakfast, friendly staff, very clean, disn t visit much around the area so, can t give a right review for the location.

The staff were very friendly and extremely helpful, I arrived early to leave my bags so I could go sight seeing but was given my room straight away and then had opportunity to change my room for one with small balcony which was lovely. I was given very helpful directions to get bus to train station and also where the nearby restaurants on sea front were located. The following morning I was given table outside to have my breakfast which I had chosen previous evening from menu and it was really delicious.

Location, facilities and staff

Breakfast could have been handled better. Too many guests wanted to eat at 9:00. The evening desk person should have tried to negotiate to lessen the impact. We would have been willing to change to a different time if requested. Morning staff did the best they could but they were a bit overwhelmed.

The staff was extremely friendly. The location is good, a bus station is right in front of the hotel, and Bocadesse is only a short walk away. The room was clean and tidy. We liked the idea of having to order the breakfast the night before. Try the pistachio croissant! It’s excellent!

Breakfast, what an amazing faff. First you have to tell the the day before when you are coming for breakfast, then you have to tell them what you want from a complex menu. I had no idea what I would feel like but gave it a go. We had no table available but sat outside and was greeted by tons on plates with too much on them. Getting more coffee was not easy as all the staff trying to match up the orders from the day before etcJust get a buffet and make it easier for everyone including the hotel.Bathrooms very small but functional

Very friendly staff and good location (bus stop 42 in front of hotels and 15 mn from downtown), next to Boccadasse and Corso Italia (5 mn walk), comfortable. People at the hotel are friendly and happy to give information and help. Pleasure to talk to.

I really loved how open and helpful the staff was. They seemed genuinely interested in helping me and making me feel comfortable. The hotel was also very comfortable and the ac was incredible.

The only downside was that there was no washing machine.

The Breakfast was very good and you have a parking space at the hotel.The beach is in der near!
