Super social atmosphere, lots to do. Good storage lockers for the bags, felt safe. My room was nice and light, very clean too

Maybe a bit more shelf space in the bathroom, there was no where to put your toiletry bags. Price was very varied between each guest. Ranging from 25¿ to 90¿ which I thought was a bit ridiculous

Rooms had own bathroom that was very nice and clean. The kitchen was large and clean. Was there on a Saturday and must have got lucky because the bar wasn’t loud or couldn’t hear it from my room.

The bunk beds were 3 stacked high and I was on the highest. Kind of a pain to climb down just to get something. The beds didn’t feel very safe only had partial guard rail. No air conditioning so had to sleep with window open to the noisy street. Also no curtains and the lights from outside were way to bright to be able to sleep, I had to give up my blanket to put over it if I wanted any sleep.

Location was great as it was close to one of the main train stations in the city. Also close by to lots of restaurants and nice cafes. The social space is very good at the hostel and they host events every evening. So it is a good place to stay if you are a solo traveller and want to make friends.

The bed was a little uncomfortable.

I loved the welcoming vibe of the place and the staff. Davide and his crew were very friendly and accommodating. The room was very clean, as well as the rest of the common areas. The layout of the hotel renders a surprising deal of privacy and quiet. The location is top-notch. I totally recommend it.

Excellent breakfast for just 8,90 euro. Great terrasse. Loved the location, steps from the Piazza Principe train station, and very close to old town / the harbor.

It's a huge hostel, so felt a bit like a hotel, but that's a personal preference. I also didn't like that there aren't lockers in each room - I'm used to locking away personal items at night.

Wonderful location! Very close to railway, bus station and city center. Room vas very big and spacious. We had a big balcony, wardrobe, table, hangers inside the room. The room was better than a hotel. Very comfortable bathroom. Delicious breakfast!Thank you!

Loved the hospitality, always seemed to be something to do. The rooms were perfect for the price. It’s a great location from the train station so if you’re looking travel around it’s perfect.

This hostel is fantastic! The chill-out area is amazing, the location couldn’t be better, and the rooms are clean and comfortable. Definitely a spot I’d come back to!

The hostel was very nice and had great facilities. The rooms were very clean and walking distance from the train station. I would have loved to stay longer and I definitely recommend!

Everything was good except our air conditioning wasn't working well in our room so we were all sweating hard in there.

Neighborhood a bit sketchy if you head the wrong direction. AC in the room was pitifully inadequate. Common rooms were quite comfortable in contrast. Sleeping difficult unless you were right next to AC.

Highlight Staff: The hostel is the most beautiful hostel I have stayed! Vibing is young, energetic and fun. The staff organise different events on each day, good times for meeting people and learning about culture.Room: I stayed in a female room which has a balcony on the six floor! Very lucky waking up with sunshine and can sit on a private balcony to chill in the morning and night, adding so much happiness to the trip. The room is also spacious and clean.Location: It is literally 3 mins walk to the Pizza Prince station, very convenient for travellers who like to explore the seaside nearby cities. Also Flexi bus station is next to it. Many restaurants and cafe near by too.

Overall a great place to stay. There are plenty of common areas, including a nice deck, and it's a very social hostel. The included breakfast was pretty good with a decent selection of options, and they also had a night with free pasta. The wifi worked good and it was easy to get some work done in the common areas during the day. The room was a good size for six people and the bed was surprising comfortable. The security overall was good--the room had a lock that you could either enter a code or use your phone to get in, and the elevators required a code a night. Super easy walk to the train station.

The rooms had lockers, but each locker only had five sides--there was no bottom and they weren't secured to anything, so in theory, anyone could just lift the locker up and access your stuff.It said there was a/c, but the air flowing from the unit was minimal and did not cool down the room at all.There was only one bathroom (with toilet and shower together) for the six beds that shared my room. I was able to find two additional toilets on the ground floor (though one became out of order the second day). But overall, it was a bit difficult to plan around others to go to the bathroom or use the shower.

I loved the room, my bed was so comfy, everything very clean, with great A.C. (I stayed in June). The shower was superb and strong. Bathroom nice, stocked with TP. Lots of storage spaces in room, so my 4 room dorm was kept clean for everyone to enjoy. Great customer service. They responded quickly to my messages prior to arriving. Perfect location by main train station. Staff was incredible! Elena, and Michael in the front desk always greeted me with a warm smile. Elena helped me plan the perfect day trip to Boccadasse, and Portofino. (Bus number included) I missed seeing Piazza de Ferrari (famous landmark with water fountain) and David gave me free luggage storage so that I can go see it. Superb customer service with free welcome drink. Great facilities. Good coffee and breakfast. Amazing city, beautiful port, and great food. I loved it and I will be back for sure! 10/10

Needs a bath mat and mop in bathroom to keep bathroom floor dry.

The hostel is big and offers many amenities like a very nice shared kitchen which has free ingredients (including fresh fruits and vegetables) available to all guests. A beautiful terrace, bar, and game room are all also available to guests. The rooms themselves are relatively big and are clean.

It seems there is no AC in the rooms, so the window was kept open all night in my room. Despite good ear plugs, the noise coming from the street was very loud and made it so that I personally woke up at least 4-5 times during the night...

The location is great. And, the public kitchen is fantastic, there is sufficient kitchenware and pasta. Also, they have spatial common areas. My room is definitely a great size for 6 people.

I need to pay for my luggage storage for only 2 hours.

I loved the terrace and all the natural herb that you can find over there. Also, they offer free pasta, cus cus, vegetables, and some fruits at the kitchen all the time.

We had last minute changes and was able to book this hostel a few hours before checking in. They were able to accommodate us even at 2am! They have front desk staff 24hr !

Their toiletries are not complete like shampoo, conditioner and soap.
