modern room, clean, easy access to groceries and parking

too warm, missing air conditioner, lack of breakfast, too expensive for the lack of staff and lack of place to sit and eat in the hotel

Fully automated checkin and checkout system. Comfortable and spacious room and bathroom. Great location with gas, stores, grocery all in walk-able distance. Lovely views of the mountain and river from the windows. Parking was super convenient.

No staff to speak with for a more personal experience

As a hotel with no reception or no staff at the hotel I’d kindly ask for someone to be more available to respond to messages a bit quicker .I was there for days and would ask a question over email or Booking chat and wouldn’t receive a response or it would take a day or two.

The check out is too early, and the utility person treat us bad. When is already 11 am the utlity person want us to check out right away , the treatment to us is bad.

Clean, comfortable

Location was on the outskirts of town which i hadnt realised. It was around a 20 minute walk into town. There was pay parking in town. Closer to the walk up to the top of the lookout.

Clean, well set out and everything we needed. Excellent self check-in which was quick and seamless. Nice shared living space which we used during our stay. Wonderful views from the hotel rooms.

Location was quite a distance from the town centre if you are booking this specifically to visit Andelsnes. For us it didn’t matter so much as we were only staying one night to break our car journey.

Shower was great. Bed was comfortable and room was clean.

Location isn't the ideal as lots of locals around and sneaking our cars. Missing some basic furniture in the room considering the price paid for the room.

I was lucky to have a room facing the mountain towards the Troll wall direction. The view is fantastic!

The price is too high for a self serviced hotel with small rooms

Clean and nice room with view. Wonderful sitting with coffee machine. Pleasant staff.

Waitted for coffee for some time. Unplugging and plugging the machine fixed an issue. Morning started with noise in the mall parking lot.

Easy access to main road and shops

Incorrect room booked. I need a twin and was given a double therefore one of us had to sleep on the floor

The photos in the post were misleading, it’s a hotel in a strip mall above a gas station. Which is fine, but just not what’s being sold in the post

The bed was soft, bathroom light turns on by itself waking up everyone in the room. Desk and chair was a little generous

Suitable location for the bus to Romadalseggen

No refridgerator. The hot water tap on the coffee machine was not working when we were going to fill our bottles with boiling water to prefer food for our day trip, which made us having to buy basic bread in a hurry instead of being able to eat our planned meal…

It was very clean.

There is no place to eat, really. We had breakfast in the gas station next door.

Gorgeous view of the river and mountains, right next to a shopping center, supermarket and petrol station. Peaceful hotel, very clean and comfortable.

Little bit of a walk to the center but not a big problem if you're driving

Nicely built comfortable rooms for stay. Were able to book the room at the last minute too. Very good manager who helped us when the checkin kiosk was not working.

The self checkin was not working while coming and leaving too. The manager although was very helpful and came within no time to help from a different location.

The Hotel is very good, rooms are tiny but clean and have a great view! They offer a modern hall with a meeting room and some tables, which is really nice looking. Overall it is a great structure in a strategic position.

They unexpectedly upgraded my room without my request, and didn't give me a refund... I tried contacting them via phone and messages but no one is replying.

Free coffee. Free parking. Nice common area. No staff. Self check in.
