View was stunning. Breakfast was great . Would stay again.

Hotel felt a little dated. Other than that it was fine.

The front desk person (female) was very helpful. The breakfast was very good. We had a quiet dinner the night before which was good, but we weren't looking for an exceptional meal.

A nice hotel breakfast was nice the staff was very friendly sauna was at an additional cost the hotel was clean - a bit old fashion but that did not disturb us at all

Wide variety of fresh breakfast options. Clean and comfortable room in good location. Easy walk to restaurants and water front. We even walked to the beach for a swim which was beautiful and very refreshing. Close to hiking area and gondola.

Sure loved the Nespresso system in the room - great to have coffee before breakfast is served

Needs more places to hang towels in bathroom - we bring stick-on command hooks for places like this. When we leave we take them with us.

I like strong coffee and coffee choices. You won’t find those at the breakfast buffet. Other than the coffee, the breakfast buffet is very good.

Large room and excellent breakfast

The front desk receptionist was also the bartender so I had to for him to finish serving a beer to another customer before he was able to check me in.

Close to some restaurants and waterfront. Breakfast was good.

Parking was terrible. The room was hot and took some time to cool off.

We booked the “Mountain View” room for ~1800 NOK per night, but the actual view was mostly of a rooftop and two large walls. Only above those walls could we catch a glimpse of the mountain.The bathroom was also disappointing — the handwash basin was so small it felt more suited for a kindergarten than for adults.

Amazing location, right by the train/bus station, gondola and Rampestreken trail. Loved the views from my room (I had one facing the center of the city). Clean, comfortable, and quiet, it was my favorite place to stay during my travels. Staff were very polite and helpful. Breakfast was good, did not try the dinner menu.

The only drawback is that there are no in-house laundry services. You have to call a separate service to check if they have time to do your laundry, which is not guaranteed. Plan your stay around not having to do laundry here. :)

Kind staff at the front desk; comfortable accommodations; delicious buffet breakfast provided with room. Dinner there was terrific as well.

The room was comfortable, the breakfast was very plentiful and tasty and the location was excellent.

I stayed for one night in a double twin room. The location is good few minutes walk to bus/train station.The breakfast was nice with wide variety of options.The room was clean and comfortable, no refrigerator in the room but was not needed Overall, it’s a really nice place to stay
