nice breakfast, good location.

It's about 20 steps up from the street to the front desk. Maybe there's an elevator for people who need one?

The reception staff was very helpful and nice. The hotel is kind of old but very well maintained and I kind of liked that vintage vibe. Breakfast is very good with a lot of choices.

It is nice that they have parking but I wish it was free, having to pay for it bothers me when we are staying at the hotel.

Old hotel with a small room, the bathroom is not very well organized and the curtain sticks. The room is closed, with a window to the inner atrium.

Good wifi, comfy beds, nice breakfast with friendy staff. Value for money.

Quite noisy if your room is at the courtyard. Maybe the neighbours? Until at leest 01:00. Bad luck? Don't know. I had to put in my earplugs. And strange, no bed light, only the full monty. Wakes you up when you need to go to the bathroom...

I paid extra for a patio as stated in the publicity, only to be told that there are none...I was given a reduction after showing the man on reception the descriptions, which even as he said, he was the owner, he had no knowledge of the addition of patio as an option for rooms. The towel rail in the bathroom was unsafe and the shower head was blocked, so very little water came out.Noise from other rooms also disturbed during the night...

Very small room. Private parking was extra fee, and is no direct access to the hotel.Pet fee is 9€ per day.An empty pill-box was on the wardrobe shelf.

Location and charging me for car parking and charging me for my little dog who ended up sleeping in the car just after midnight as incentive guests were making to much noise.

Very helpful staff at check in. They spoke perfect English and explained everything we needed to know. They allowed our small dog to stay. At first it was very cold in our room but it soon heated up with the heater. The hotel is very centrally located with plenty of cafes nearby.

Staff were all friendly, from the receptionist to the cleaner and the breakfast server. The air conditioning was great, the shower was good and the bed comfortable. Breakfast was very nice, with lots of variety. There was a good amount of space for clothes. It is very close the train and bus stations, a park with cafes, the river Ebre and the town. A very pleasant stay.

The location of the hotel was perfect for us for the one night we stayed. The room was OK. The bathroom was a little 'dated'. It could do with some modernisation. Perhaps extra pillows and blankets would be nice.For a 2 star, it was OK, I guess.

The hotel was extremely noisy. The cleaning staff in the morning were really noisy. You could hear other people speaking from a different floor. The walls are thin!
