The beds are comfortable!

The air conditioning did not work and it was a 30c weekend

Staff were lovely. Great location. Breakfast was good. Beds were very comfortable.

Excellent, very clean and cosy hotel. The stuff was helpful and easy to communicate with. We definitely recommend.

Walking distance from the train station. Spacious, clean rooms and comfy bed. We decided in the hotel to book breakfast extra, which was a good choice with a varied selection like scrambled eggs, muesli, joghurt, fruits etc. Lobby is inviting to spend some time with comfy chairs and even tables if you had to do some work.

Everything went well, great service from desk staff, great breakfasts, room was beyond expectations, hotel centrally located and around the corner from the train station. After Tortosa we travelled to Tarragona and stayed in KeyHotel's other hotel Hotel Astari.

No access to coffee and tea in the breakfast room during the day. We stayed 4 nights in total touring the city and surrounding area and dropped in to the hotel at different times to take a break. It would have been nice to have a cup of tea or coffee.

Location excellent for restaurants and shops. Did not have breakfastThe room was very quiet and we slept really well, the bed was super comfy.

Pity there is no bar as it would have been nice for a night cap

So close from train station and city center, clean

Staff were very friendly and helpful, room was clean and comfortable and in a better condition than some 4* hotels I’ve recently stayed in. Air conditioning in the room was very good. The parking was close by, secure and the spaces were large/easy to park in.

Shower went cold for a few seconds a couple of times, but that’s the only (very minor) moan I have.

- Large room & clean.- Comfortable beds.- Friendly and professional receptionist.- Large bathroom.- Close to the town center, though we stopped for one night, passing by the area.

- Parking is not free, you have to pay €10 per night as it's an underground private parking and if you have a low profile car, you can hit the bumper or the parts underneath when you're coming out of the car park, even if you drive slow, because of the narrow curve.

Wi fi not great on our floor.

The breakfast and staff was fantastic, the facility was spotless. The front desk and maid staff was exceptional.

I have severe allergies and the scents used in the laundry and air was hard on my skin. Otherwise everything was perfect.

It served the purpose! We were visiting our brother in hospital in Jesus. A bit too far out of the way but that’s not the fault of the hotel! Only fault we found was the lack of Tea/coffee making facility That’s a big issue for us!Other wise I would recommend this hotel.

Berenguer IV is conveniently located with just a few minutes of walk to the old town and the train station. Also nice to have parking (for a fee).

The bed is very very soft, not confortable.The Shower was not working properly. The cold and hot water was changing constantly.Breakfast is very weak. The scrumled egg is from powder.

Convenient location in town .The bath room was nice and big .Easy check in & out with English speaking staff .

The location was relatively central and close to the train. The staff was very nice. and tried to help us all the time.

On the 6th floor you can hear the engines of the hotel. They moved us to the 1st floor. It was better there. The bathroom door is semi-transparent and does not close completely.

A centrally located and excellent hotel. There was even a lock up space for our10 ebikes

Excellent room for the buffet breakfast. Reception pointed me to location of underground parking, which was in easy walking distance.

It was fairly comfortable

The parking was slightly odd, we had to leave our car in the street and ask for the reception to open the parking which was an old hangar with a key. We would have preferred to have been told about this so one of could ask them to open it instead of leaving the car outside. The hot water didn't work very well for us and since it was winter, it was slightly difficult.
