The beds are comfortable, the rooms are clean, the bathrooms are updated and fresh, and most importantly the staff is helpful and available 24 hours a day.

Tortosa is a lovely and interesting town along the Ebro River.The hotel was about a 15-minute walk from the center of Tortosa. It was convenient for sightseeing. About a 15-minute walk away is a small town (Roquetes). There are bars and restaurants there too, so we had no trouble finding places to eat.

An electric kettle would be nice.The tap and shower switch was stiff, and using the shower easily got the floor wet, which was a bit inconvenient.Otherwise, it was clean, the facilities were new, and the bed was comfortable.

Impressed by how bike-friendly the hotel is. You are allotted your own box in the underground garage. Dinner was very good. Comfortable, large room and quiet despite overlooking the roundabout.

At first we could not regulate the aircon (which was too cold) but reception then told us to switch off the ‘clima’ in the fuse box by the door and then the temperature was fine

The staff were very pleasant and helpful. The hotel interior is beautiful. The location was good. Food in the restaurant was good. Bed was comfortable. Complimentary water in mini fridge. Lovely range of vegan cosmetics in bathroom. Pool area nice and relaxing.

Although complete and spotlessly clean the bathroom was rather small and the shower was very claustrophobic. The aircon couldn’t switch off and a couple of nights the weather changed and went cool so wanted to switch it off. Once I called reception though they informed how to disconnect it in the fuse box. Bed was comfortable but pillows really uncomfortable. No bulb in lamp so had to tolerate harsh bright light. No internet service but it’s possible it was my devices.

The rooms with double beds face the street and can be sometimes a bit noisy if you are not used to live facing a busy street. Nothing crazy, just the only downside of this amazing hotel.

Free car charging included in parking. Available even when arriving very late. 24h reception. Very comfy beds - also the 3rd bed, and clean and large room.

Booking .com did NOT pass our request for a double bed, so had to change rooms the next day. Some rooms facing the road can be very noisy.Lovely trip to Tortosa
