Older and lower quality room. Minimal staff.

The convenience of having the airport a stone throw away. The host allowed me to check in late and organized the shuttle to fetch me as late as it was. It was a short but very pleasant stay and would highly recommend.

The place was lovely; we loved that we had the airport pick up...and the breakfast was delicious. The room was clean and the stuff was also very friendly.

The room was very cold, we did not expect that, but the staff lady explained that there's a dam/river close by, so it makes sense, and we had a heater as well.

It was away from the noise of the city but still relatively close to the airport. The breakfast was fantastic. The staff were extremely helpful and accommodating.

We were allowed to book in after the set time as our flight was delayed, the shuttle service was excellent, the room was a nice comfortable size, breakfast was good, the friendly staff helped a lot to make the stay pleasant.

I wouldn’t recommend staying here. My biggest concern was general safety. The room I was shown was on the ground floor with no burglar bars, which made me feel uneasy. There was no ID verification when I arrived—he simply opened a room to show me. The first building I walked into was completely empty, with a strong, unpleasant smell from the carpets. It took me a while to even find the reception. Overall, the experience left me uncomfortable, and I chose not to stay.

I had a wonder stay at Vista ORT - the staff are exceptional!! ? Themba and Moses at reception could not do enough to ensure I had everything I needed - so appreciated! ? This boutique hotel is quiet, comfortable, clean and offers a delicious breakfast. It offers a shuttle to the airport and reception arranged all the tours I wanted to do. Wifi was excellent and they even did laundry for me that was again so appreciated! I felt safe and at home during my 5 day stay!

The restaurant was not able to serve me because I was told i was the only occupant in the hotel.The lighting in my room (Rm 103) was poor, but in the bathroom, the lighting was good

The staff was very friendly and helpful. The location is good as it is close to the airport. The shuttle service was really good and quick. The breakfast was decent.

The room had an AC unit, but the unit was old and there was no remote, so I couldn't use the AC when I wanted to. The view from the room was bad. It overlooked an overgrown lawn. There was nothing special about it. The room was a bit dated with wallpaper. I would like to see the rooms be upgraded so that it feels more modern and comfortable.

Breakfast was good. Did not see much of the place arrived evening and left early morning.

No air con. Room was hot no fridge either no water provided. Shower base had been painted with gloss pint so slippery . Ordered dinner and it was disgusting burnt and salty. Breakfast was just as bad . No sleep as it was near an industrial plant which made noise all night. I left and went 2 another hotel !

The Airconditioner did not work 100%. Filters needed ceaning and maybe regassed.

No towels, soap and shampoo. Only one towel not clean

It's affordable and the staff is very friendly and helpful. Rooms are decent enough. All I did was to sleep due to jetlag.

The noise on the corridor by some guests and some staff when working.Could have a variety of breakfast daily, same breakfast every morning but speedy service.I'd order Sunny side up eggs but I'd get almost well done eggs.A little bar fridge would be a great idea and working AC.Wifi was on and off which was a bit frustrating!!!

The staff were friendly and helpful. The place was very quiet and peaceful. The food was nice. The room was clean and tidy.and refreshed.
