Clean rooms, nice breakfast, great location and good parking facilities.

The beds were not so comfortable

Wifi is bad The restaurant menu is very limited with food that is not up to Par compared with other hotel restaurants. Breakfast was also very limited compared to other hotel restaurants. Limited TV channels once again compared with other hotels

We booked in and venue is absolutely stunning , however there is only one parking and it is very far away from the room as we were on the other side in the last rooms and no assistance with bags .We then arrived at the rooms and they looked very nice , bed is amazing, we highly recommend a small fridge as no place to keep water cold .We then sat on our small stoop and felt like we were falling as the deck was very unstable and falling to pieces we then had to move into the room as it was to unstable , we requested a different room and no feedback was given from the reception.The room we had 62 shower door was no longer there and had a curtain however the glue from the shower door was still all over the wall very unprofessional. The bedside laps also did not work .We then decided to go to the bar to watch rugby where you pay R42 for a small beer , food is very expensive as per other guest not worth it as they left there food to go buy kfc in town .Place overall is very nice just needs some upgrades and more attention to detail . Buffet breakfast was very nice and staff very friendly . We just felt the price we paid for the stay was not what we expected and received.

Location was okay and breakfast was nice.

Bathroom was dirty and even after reporting it still nothing was done about it.The TV channel is only SABC 1 and with poor signal though. Swimming pool was dirtyDinner is over priced and was very bad. We were served burned food, the food was not cooked it's like frozen staff that they warm up for the guests!!

The rooms was clean,the place is beautiful outside I love nature

Room is far from the parking and the reception.I was tired carrying the bags to the room

the dinner buffet is under par for the pricing especially given how remote the place is

Cleaness of our rooms the facility and environment

Bed was little uncomfortable and at the kitchen there were cocroches.

Their breakfast was nice and the staff was friendly.

The aircon in our room was not working though we didn't report it and the warm water wasn't warm for long.

The surrounding and the landscape beautiful but the room allocated was way below acceptable standard, ended up checking out earlier then anticipated.I had to find alternative accommodation.

Room 28 was terrible, no shower door, infotainment terrible and outdated, TV not clear at all. Bed was terrible and not comfortable at all.Awful smell as soon as you get into the bathroom. Other rooms have patios and some do not, it always great to have a decent place to step outside to and catch a breath of fresh air.

The breakfast was very good.

The rooms, the TV was not working, we could hear what the people next door were doing. Whenever they used the toilets, we could hear.

The floor needs to be replaced

The rooms not conducive to stay ,toilet no privacy only shower TV no dstv,we wanted to be Cosy in our room so that my husband can watch his favorite sport soccer. No fridge.no couch only uncomfortable chair.we were alway sitting in bed no shower mat the floor was wet after shower.I am really disappointed, about your facility.My husband was not happy to stay ,we were planning to extend our stay ,but we were happy at all,you did not our expectations for the money we paid

The view, the atmosphere.

Your pictures showed animals on the property but that was not experienced. My friend's phone went missing but Zanele assisted in getting it back to him.
