Little Switzerland Resort by Dream Resorts

The resort is in a magnificent location. The hiking was incredible waterfalls and amazing view of the Drakensberg mountains. The chef and dinning staff were very friendly and assisted with any request. Breakfast and dinner were always delicious.

insects bit me on my legs while sleeping. got pics to show as proofwater flow during showers ....slowcleaning not up to standard.. need to refresh room after every useno invoice/statement was provided to me after checkout

Just once in a while you come across a hotel that should be one of the great hotels of the world. Little Switzerland is just that with attentive staff who care deeply about the experience you have. To move into that space would be easy but requires some attention. Slippers and bathrobes in rooms, minibar, driveways and walk ways repaired. Welcome drinks on arrival and an activities specialist on how to visit places in the area.

We loved it all. There is no criticism of the hotel but an opportunity to move it to next level.

Location is beautiful and chalets are really nice and well appointed

It was a little quiet when we stayed so many of the activities weren't really running. There wasn't a lot for the kids to do due to the low guest numbers

Spectacular views. Great restaurant, lots of things to do on-site. Housekeeping staff were so friendly and efficient. Enjoyed the swimming pool.

The self-catering chalets can do with some updates and modernisation. Put-put course needs some attention as the felt it coming off. The little shop at the gate has the basics but if you’re self-catering you won’t find all you need for meals and it’s a long drive to a supermarket.

Wonderful scenic location. Extremely well-kept gardens and all facilities are in excellent condition. A place where one can relax and enjoy nature. The A La Carte meals were well prepared and delicious.

The grounds are superb, hikes are amazing, chalets are kept clean and neat, linen is clean and fresh. Excellent location - great base for visiting Sterkfontein Dam, Royal Natal, Mont Aux Sources, etc. Friendly staff. Restaurant made tasty lunchtime meals. Great old school vibe, great activities for kids and very family friendly.

The light switches in the self catering chalets were all over the place - made no sense. Also, a sponge to wash dishes and cups would be useful.

The chef was truly amazing and set out to satisfy. All the Food was brilliant. I just felt that a cappuccino should be included as is coffee, you are a 4 star establishment. Paying separately for a cappuccino was not acceptable.

The sound of the water dripping during the rain was incredibly loud. Please sort that out.

We love all the activities for our 6 yo son, the view, and the ease of just being there...no cooking, no cleaning. Very relaxing.

Clean , friendly staff and beautiful area

Nice resort from SAM the gate guard to the welcoming commitee THANDO and Sam in the office. Thando assists us in phoning once our chalet was ready. Beds and bedding lovely and fresh.

Lovely chalet just dishes and cutlery wasnt complete as the lady didnt switch in the dishwasher. But otherwise NO COMPLAINS.

The staff, the location , activities and food were excellent.

The room could have been cleaner and an iron in the room could have made things easier

Poor service and units not very clean and outdated. Not value for money. No smart TV. More like 3 star. Bought the all inclusive option only to be told that drinks (non alcoholic) was not included and I had to pay separately. Staff not joyful and not attentive. Kids zone very unkept and outdated.

The staff, location and facilities were outstanding. One of our favourite holidays yet. Thank you for an incredible stay at this beautiful resort. Booking.com is also such a pleasure
