The staff was friendly and welcoming

There was an internet problem, could not watch the TV in late hours

Breakfast was good and location was convenient

Parking is a bit tight but not too bad

There was no Loadshedding

The air conditioning is working automatically I’ve got it was on the whole night as a result I cought flu

The breakfast was okay.The bed was comfortable and looked clean. Enjoyed the balcony Area and privacy

The shower area had mold and was visible.On arrival, the bathtub was dirty and had not been washed prior to our visitThe toilet bin for sanitary towels was extremely smelly from previously thrown pads. Although it was empty, it was still extremely unpleasant to use.

The staff is friendly but there is hardly anyone at reception.

The smell that was in our room is bad. smells like old second hand clothes that have been packed for a long time. There is no door to the bathroom.

Our stay was pleasant. Comfortable beds and the accommodation was clean. Breakfast, even though limited, was excellent ?

The location was perfect. If elderly one needs to specify when booking so that you are allocated downstairs room. he owner was very accommodating and the staff were friendly.

The outside sitting area requires better cover as it cannot be utilised when it is raining. There is no bedside table on one side of the bed. There was no milk for our tea and coffee but luckily we had brought our own as we were in transit.

The location is exceptional, the food is fantastic, and the staff are friendly and efficient.

Parking was a bit of a challenge, but only because I have a big vehicle.

The hotel is located in a peaceful, quiet area close to the beach, making it perfect for a relaxing getaway. The staff were friendly and helpful, and the room was clean and spacious. I appreciated the private balcony and the easy parking on-site.

The facilities and décor are a bit dated and could benefit from a modern refresh. Wi-Fi was also unreliable at times, which made it difficult to stay connected.

Breakfast was good but could provide a bit more and add variety such as fruit salad. The bed was very comfy and bedding clean and fresh. The Host was very helpful to supply TV channels amd assist to load programs for us. The Host was helpful to provide towels and hairdryer. Kind and offered help with directions. Nice bath offered, huge and relaxing.

It would have been nice to have a better view from our room balcony. The shower head was a bit filled with limescale build up. Not sure if the pebbles on the floor inside shower is a good idea. Lastly there was quite a bit of noise (loud talking and music played) around 11pm to midnight from a few our neighbours in the hotel building. But I understand that can be difficult to manage with other guests at the hotel.

We waited too long for breakfast, we went even ask how we like our eggs and toasted bread came after sometime

There were a few faulty lights in the room. The fan was extremely dusty, but it was cleaned immediately upon my request.

Closeness to the beach.

The bathroom was dirty, the bedding was dirty i could not even sleep there, I left to find another place to sleep. The network is bad, you cannot do anything on the phone. Dirty towels in the bathroom, the smell in the room. I will not mention the brown towels put on the bed. Disaster

The Staff were friendly and the room met my requirements for the one night of travel.I got what I paid for...I guess

The rooms are in need of maintenance and upkeep. Mould in the shower, toilet roll and brush not on the wall.My towels were thread bare

Breakfast was adequate (at best). Cleanliness. Staff friendliness. Location.

Outside paving needs a regular clean-up.Unless you're 16, TV is very user unfriendly.Pillows very hard.
