Lighting was very poor because we were planning for our gala dinner we even worn black outfit and we didnt do photo shoot because it was very dark ,our table was set outside where there was no light

The units had everything. It was clean and spacious. We had great views and there are a lot of activities for all ages.

The deco is a little dated but the views made up for it.

Comfortable and meals were good

Everything was fantastic, the cottage, the activities, buffet dinner was great value, lots to do and great place to spend some family time. Will definately be back

The location was perfect. Facilities were fantastic & clean. There was entertainment for all ages.

I had requested a cot for a baby when I did the booking. When we checked in, the cot was not in the room. I was advised that I needed to pay R150 for the cot. These hidden costs should be told upfront when doing a booking.

The location was great and the view was spectacular.Activities and entertainment was a real bonus not to mention the friendly staff on arrival.

The ceiling fans were a bit noisy, aircons would be preferred.

I loved the location, deep in the Drakensburg. And the activities for the kids and the families were brilliant

Lots of parties and loud noise on Saturday. However the 10pm noise restriction was well adhered too

Incorrect information on Booking.com's side about the accommodation unit - pictures and descriptions. Unit was not the one shared and felt like a down grade.Quality of restaurants, atmosphere and food was average.TV in unit did not work for 24 hours, reported 7 times with no update. No set schedule for cleaners, they do not clean the unit at once, but unexpectedly enter the unit 3 to 4 times a day.Blinds at windows in poor condition and not working.Neighbors consistently walking right past the unit, peeping inside - no privacy.

The mountain views around the place and where it's situated

The rooms are old , furniture is old. The painting is dark though it's claimed to be a deluxe chalet. Not worthy that status. Breakfast was horrible. Food not fresh. It's stale

The entertainment was good.The shower pressure was excellent, but the drain in the shower kept clogging up. The atmosphere was cheerful.

The couches were old, creaked when you sat down on it, and the cushions had a damp smell. The bedrooms also had a damp smell. I am not sure as to whether all the chalets were revamped, but chalet number 15 was tired-looking. The furniture, especially in the lounge and kitchen area, was too cramped. The lighting was dull. The electricity kept cutting on the Sunday and the Monday.

Comfortable sized chalet, good facilities and location, vibrant interactive activities and good scenery. Resort is well maintained and staff are extremely helpful.

Nice houses and friendly staff, good location

Very noisy, pumping music from friday we arrived till saturday evening, going on late into the night. I understand they want to offer some entertainment but this went too far, you dont come to the mountains for constant noise. Though we like the idea of a modest and affordablw breakfast buffet, the quality wasnt great. Old stale bread, recycled hashbrowns, no fresh rolls… u vant out the same hotcross buns out for 3 days….

The staff and service were excellent! The room facilities were great. There was a lot of activities and entertainment for the whole family. The food was also good including the buffet breakfast.

There wasn't enough parking near the chalets.

Wonderful facilities and great holiday program for families

Unit need upgrading

Beautiful views and many activities available on the property. It was clean and comfortable.

My friends and I did not have a good experience with the quality of the food.

Activities and entertainment were great No walk path directly to the room, had to work down and up a steep slope in the rain to get to the chalet, it was rainy the whole time so we had to walk in mud, the chalets could do with a bit of an upgrade but otherwise service was great and staff are very friendly.

Entertainment was great and staff were very friendly. Overall was a great stay.

The stairs at bottom in chalet had no railing. Not ideal for toddlers.
