Park Inn by Radisson Jubail Industrial City

The staff was very accommodating to our needs. The restaurant would not be open by the time we went on our early trip, but they made arrangements to have the kitchen prepare our breakfast prior to our departure. Excellent service!

Hotel porter

No closed room to elevator for disabilities. I asked the receptionist that I needed a closed room for the elevator, she gave me a room in the middle claiming that it's not far; while it was.Blanket and pillow sheets need to dust out. No laundry express service.

All was great + complementary breakfast and amazing helpful staff

water pressure in the shower was weak, also Wifi not the best

Room size Hygiene

Broken chiller Staff without experience Food quality Annoying staff Small swimming pool

Under cover parking

Bed was sagging and uncomfortable. Not close to restaurants, just a number of coffee shops around.

Very great location, very quiet and relaxing, and very nice staff at the reception. They always made sure that our stay was excellent.

The only thing that needs to improve is the quality of the house keeping; unfortunately, they cleaned our room twice and both times were bad. They just made up the bed and added bottles of water, they didn’t clean the bathroom properly, they didn’t empty the trash can , they didn’t remove the used plates.

@ Mr Tariq in reception was helpful and so nice with great welcoming @ Clean

Very Small room

Price and location

Bed and pillows were uncomfortable at all

The rooms are clean the staff is friendly

The air conditioning was very bad it was very hot and even in the ballroom where we had our wedding it was very hot we asked the ladies to call the reception to send a technician but there wasn’t any phone inside the area i call the number on google maps many times no answer there should be a direct phone from the ballroom to the reception in case of any problems or one of staff should come. To check during the event

clean room, location preferable but no amenities near by, you hv to drive at least 1.5 - 2 km even for water

Baby coat requested and booked before but not available

Staff and value for money

Cleanliness and Maintenance issue

Good staff.

Meals are too expensive....This facility full of male bachelors may not be suitable for families...

Worst stay ever should be 2 stars hotel

A/c was not cooling properly i found set point 10c and room temp 23 , there is no soap in toilet water pressure was not good at all , I can’t hear the cars in my room , bed was not comfortable , bed quilt was smelly

Rooms and facility

Paid SAR 100 for dinner and it was very bad .

The trash bin in the toilet was not working when you step for its cover.. but good thing even if t’was already late at night there was a staff who cared to replaced it for us.

Stayed there as had a business trip in Jubail Industrial city. Very good hotel and had a good stay. Made the business meetings very convenient due to its location. Good and helpful staff.

The room and washroom were clean, but of course, it was expected from a 4 star.

Breakfast was very ordinary with very limited variety. Very average on taste, too. It's definitely not worth the 79sar. Though we got an upgrade and it was included in our room cost, I pity anyone who has to pay for it. The room was very small. Cleanliness lacked on certain fronts, such as the wall was smudged with previous occupant's lipstick in certain places. The Bedsheet was slightly torn on one side. On the last day, no warm water was available in the shower. Definitely not worth the price they charge for a tiny room and average service.

Staffs are very friendly, reception, room services the restaurant etc...

Beds and lightning of the room was perfect

Very small swimming pool, Only for children. The Gym was useless. No shops around.Even one bottle of water u have to drive around 10km.Expensive.

Hotel is good itself but room service reception since check in process terrible
