Breakfast was great with a lot of options. Both Saudi receptionists (male and female) were very accommodating and helpful. They have a good coffee shop with good value for money.

There were a few minor issues in the room. The bathroom door was difficult to open and close and produced a loud noise. The smart TV in the living area was not functioning and had to be replaced; however, the replacement unit also did not work. In addition, the hair dryer was not installed initially and had to be set up during our stay, which slightly affected my family’s privacy.

The location was excellent, right next to the beach and close to restaurants and shops. It was very convenient and easy to walk around. I could enjoy a pleasant view of the sea and the Corniche directly from my room.

The breakfast could be better with more variety and options.

The arrangements of the facilities within the property was very well done.

The lock of the bathroom should be changed. It can lock from in side and will not open from out .

I didn't have the breakfast because I left early. I couldn't stay longer

The TV system was bad. I couldn't enjoy the TV

the location of the hotel was fantastic within walking distance from the waterfront, restaurants and cafes

the bathroom we’re outdated and the shower floor was very slippery. the shower itself was leaking water. the attitude of the receptionist wasn’t welcoming. the ion itself didn’t have a window or proper ventilation.

I like the location at the seaside. I also like the breakfast a variety, fresh and clean.. The staff in general are friendly and helpful.

I like the location of the hotel. It is beach front and very accessible. I really like the outside view of the hotel.They have enough parking lot for the guests.

The staff are not approachable. They don't even greet their guests. They don't smile either.We don't feel that we are welcome to that hotel. The staff are not welcoming.I suggest that you should orient your staff to be respectful, approachable, and smile to your guests. Please try to train them how to properly receive your guests.Our room is too small for 2 people. They only provide 1 small chair eventhough, they know that the room is good for 2. The room has not also enough space for two people. The room is not noise proof, We were not able to sleep the whole night because we can hear the noise outside, like the noise of the cars running on the road. The room is not worth it of the price.The food were not appetizing. It was not warm anymore when ate it.We came to ate like 8am but most of the food already runs out. The staff did not also great or welcome the guests.

Everything about my experience was wonderful!From the moment I arrived, the reception staff were warm, professional, and welcoming — check-in was quick and smooth. The bellman greeted me right away, helped with my luggage, and made me feel truly taken care of.The room was spotless, modern, and very comfortable. I loved the cozy bed and how quiet it was at night — I got some of the best sleep I’ve had in a while! The bathroom was clean and well-stocked, and the view from my window was beautiful.The breakfast buffet was excellent — plenty of choices and everything tasted fresh and delicious. The restaurant staff were friendly and attentive, always checking if guests needed anything.The hotel facilities were top-notch too. The gym was clean and well-equipped, and the pool area was relaxing and enjoyable. Housekeeping did a great job keeping everything tidy during my stay.Overall, I had a fantastic experience and would definitely recommend Warwick Al Jubail Hotel to anyone visiting the area — whether for business or vacation. I’ll absolutely be staying here again!

Nothing bad… everything is perfect

The breakfast & coffee shop were good.The staff are friendly.The location is excellent.

The gym equipment was broken and out of service.The toilt exhaust fan was loud and needs maintenance. The bed was always squeaking.

Need maintenance (phone was not working I have to use cellphone to call front disck), floor of the room was not properly maintained,shoot top was not clean !!

Why do I have to pay extra money for a room with a street view??There was no option that I have to pay extra for see or street view ? Also, reception staff are not flexible .Breakfast was not that level.

room service hang up on me after I asked for a dessert from the menu then apologized saying new employee and the restaurant is not available at 4pm. Old sctrached furniture stained carpet
