Holiday Inn & Suites Al Jubail By IHG

The staff were helpful, courteous and kind. I was stressing from my rental car locking up on me, and they assisted me graciously.

I was stuck there an extra day that was quite costly due to the holiday. Rate went way up.

Clean rooms, nice location, ample parking, nice breakfast

Clean, quiet, nice bed and pillows good breakfast, good location.

Be carful and insure you are not giving a handicap Room the bathroom in this room is a big mess if you shower the water will go everywhere.I parked my car in the hotel parking and when i was leaving the hotel i found i letter from the hotel that i need a pass to park inside the hotel & i was lucky they did not take my car away, i was not informed about that from the reception.

The breakfast and dinner buffet were 4 to 5 star, so the quality was fine. Staff were very helpful at all times. Rooms were quiet and comfortable beds, furnishings are new.

Only issue i did not like is that they gave me a room made for disabled persons so bathroom shower access is bad.

The room is not spacious. Dinner is average. The room is not worth money

Quiet and clean with welcoming staff.

There was no toothbrush, no shaving kit, and towels were worn-out they needed to be replaced with new ones. I hope this is not part of the cost cut project. This minor things are part of the complementaries a guest should get.

I was staying with family at IHG Intercontinental resort in jubail and had fun but my children requested to visit one night at holiday In also and I booked room to just enjoy swimming but the pool was not ready for us on 15 Aug night before closing time .. which was highlighted to management but nothing haoenned nor we got any compensation.. secondly I did not get smoking room

Good Location. Nice View. Good smell and nice lobby. Breakfast is very nice and in a very bright and wide space area.

Wish there is a bigger room.

Elyas, in the breakfast hall, was very UNFRIENDLY and lack CUSTOMER SERVICE skills. I was asking him respectfully about my friends, if they have taken their breakfast, he answers me with disrespect, and says it is none of my business, and he is the only one who is allowed to know. My whole stay was ruined with the kind of attitude he showed. Employees like him lowers the rank/rating of high hotel standards. Very rude and disrespectful, unbecoming of F&B expectations.

The room is very clean and cozy.We had check in very late already morning (1:00 am) and asked some small favor from the receptionist however the answer is negative without even checking first if he can upgrade the room for my husband visitor.

Swimming pool was small

No basic needs such as toothbrush, toothpaste, comb, shaving cream to which it is need to be taken from reception. It must be available upon check-in

(Maintenance)Everything in the room was catastrophe from wall paint wiring behind the TV drainer of the sink this was a second checked in, in one week my both rooms the sink wasn't working properly!!! Regrettably, the hotel's management was inadequate and lacking.

Rooms are quite good, clean and comfortable and the hotel has a very nice place and good parking area.The reception staff were very friendly and helpfulThere are several restaurants nearby, also there is Panada market directly beside the hotel. In the same street, there is Fitness time for men, ladies and junior. Also it is very near to the Taibah beach, Alnakheel beach and fanateer beachThe restaurant at the hotel was really good. Just a little comment regarding the pool schedule, but not an issue

Hotel location is great. Breakfast was very good with variety of foods.

The pillow was not good. we recommend to change pillow size and type.
