Hotel Apartamentos Geres Ribeiro

Location and format as apartment’s.

Bed is too much soft.Very bad for our backs.

The location was great. Being on the main road of Geres it has lots of supermarkets and restaurants around. Private parking is a big bonus for us. Staffs are friendly.

It wasn’t anything bad about the property, but be aware of the no credit cards policy for some of the restaurants around the area. We have to pay cash for a few restaurants and ran out of cash and the atm were out of cash so we couldn’t get any money out. So we are limited to few restaurants that were able to accept credit cards.

Front desk was helpful and friendly.

Once we checked in we had to return to the front desk because one of our rooms was only set up for 2 people instead of 3. This was quickly fixed by Sara, from the front desk. She also took the extra step in showing us the location for the parking garage.

It was clean and felt bigger than on the pictures.Even though a bit far from the accommodation, the pool was great.The hotel parking is an extra but a good deal.

It could have the basic kitchen stuff such as washing liquid and sponge or salt.Although we have turned off the A/C, it was always turned on after room cleaning.

Wifi ??

Spacious room, kitchen well enough equiped for preparing simple meals. Bars and restaurants nearby. Silent at night.

This is the second time that we have stayed at Hotel Apartamentos Geres Ribeiro and it says it all! The facilities are ideal for what we were looking for. It is not an exceptional place but it ticks all the boxes. Planning to return again!

The apartment had everything we needed and more, like lots of towels! Lots and lots of them! At the end of the day they were all over the place! It also had loads of blankets, crockery, kitchen equipment, a good TV and stuff. More stuff than I have at home! Also the receptionist was very very friendly!

The WiFi signal failed a little on the first day... But really, who wants WiFi when they are in beautiful Gerês?

The location is perfect, the pool was clean and very pleasant. The air conditioning was fantastic. The staff was amazing.

I only wish the beds were more confortable.

The location is great. I participated in the Granfondo race and because the hotel is literally in the start line I was able to wake up with enough time to prepare myself. The pool was extremely clean.

The breakfast was very poor in terms of diversity and quality, you can get a better breakfast in one of the bakeries close to the venue.
