Mercure Warszawa Ursus Station

We enjoyed breakfast and the size of the room. We also liked that the hotel had a restaurant where we could order dinner for our tired children at the end of the day.

"The kitchen facilities were disappointing. Although my booking included a coffee maker, there wasn't one in the room. After raising the issue, I was moved to another room that did have a coffee maker, but it used capsules that were impossible to find. Unfortunately, the hotel staff couldn’t tell me where to buy them either, which made the whole experience frustrating.

My go-to place for business trips to Warsaw, with great staff and equally amazing food.

Pretty much everything - the room, the front-desk and cleaning staff, the gym and a broad variety of breakfast options.

Some members of the breakfast/restaurant team could use a bit of customer service training as they seem utterly bored and displeased with their job.

Staff was great, very helpful. The room is clean, pillows and towels amazing.

The windows are sealed, there is no way to get some fresh air.

I have particularly appreciated correct price for family rooms, 4 p room was big cozy and modern. I have stayed there 2 times and will definitely come back. Great place!

The place was very modern. The food was great and big had a big selection from breakfast buffet. The bed was very nice and so comfortable. The staff was friendly. I would come back again.

It was all good. We had a slight problem with noisy neighbors late night but when we called the staff they came within a few minutes and neighbors were quiet. Thank you for the quick response. ?

The staffs were all very amazing they took their time to listen to your query and they were very courteous! Will come back again

To be honest I was satisfied except my son who was disappointed cos no swimming pool. You have enough land to built a pool and it will make it more attractive.

The hotel has in a good location, it was pretty quiet, free water machine on the corridor, so that was good.A large selection at breakfast and even a little play area for our son.A modern design inside and various areas to relax.

There were missing coat hooks in the room, this would have been nice to have.A few chairs would have been nice to be able to lay clothes on them at night.The doorstop near the main door of the room was a safety hazard, we tripped on it a number of times. A doorstop on the wall instead of on the floor would have been much safer.Some of the staff weren't too friendly but the majority were.They didn't have the beers they advertised so I wasn't able to try a local selection, a shame.

Excellent breakfast, big clean room. No bottles with water, free water is available near the elevator.

I booked a stay at Mercure Warszawa Ursus Station for my partner, and she had a wonderful experience for the second time! The staff were incredibly accommodating, allowing her to check in early, which she really appreciated after a long journey. She loved how friendly and welcoming everyone was, and her room was modern, cozy, and perfect for unwinding after a busy day. The location is ideal, which made getting around Warsaw super easy for her. She had a fantastic stay, and we’ll definitely be returning for future visits!
