The guy that was desk when we arrived as it was very late and he was most friendly

Very dated wasn't very clean either

The receptionist very helpful and welcoming Room was clean and the bed was very comfy.

The amount of dog barking outside my window I spent 2 nights here and didn't sleep much at night had slept until late morning both nights. The hotel owners should keep the dogs away from the hotel.

-Need to call to gain access onto the property= long distance call if your not local -There was no remote to operate the AC -The wifi cut in and out -The TV is ~23¿ -The beds were very small. If you roll while sleeping, expect to wake up on the floor

The receptionist in the evening was very helpful with good English. However the next day the receptionist was not speaking English and was difficult to communicate.

The walls and sound isolation was very poor. You can clearly hear voices from the next room and people walking in the corridor.

The price and closeness to the airport, as well as late check-in and having 24/7 kiosk nearby.

This hotel is Good by: being close to a airport, good for traveling, and perfect for staying only for one night

The beds were not uncomfortable and there was no AC.

The lady when we checked in was very helpful and spoke an English. The gentleman durning the morning didn't speak English but google translate helped.

The staff was very kind and available at all hours.

The shower head holder was broken so had to hold the shower head on my own. WiFi did not work as it only had one bar of connection.

Bed could be upgraded

Worst hotel I've ever stayed at. They leave you outside snowing and don't speak English.

Worst hotel I've ever stayed at. We spent 20/25 minutes outside the gate while it was snowing waiting for someone to open the gate for us. The numbers didn't work and the only one who answered didn't speak English. When we confronted the receptionist, he shrugged his shoulders and didn't care. The receptionist also doesn't speak English and refused to call us a taxi in the morning because we said the day before that we didn't need one. To leave the hotel, you also have to call someone to open the gate.The staff don't speak English and are not competentand are very rude.

Getting in and out is crazy. Gates are locked and when calling the number to get in they answer but don’t speak and then after some time the large drive way gate opens. Went for a walk and the little side gate won’t open even from the inside. There is no number to call from inside the gate so I just had to hang about hoping they would see me on the camera and open the big gate?‍♂️The room had one very small hard bed in a large empty room. Bathroom was very dated but everything worked. Although this is an Airport hotel it a good hours walk from the airport. Or 7km in a taxi. Staff were lovely and it did look like they were doing work on the hotel to improve things.

The place was very quiet

On the map, it didn't look far from the airport, but in practice, it was far enough to have problems getting a taxi. Poor facilities and a really cold room.

Staff very friendly and helpful. Room basic but had what we needed and if not, staff happily helped to provide. Location excellent - next to main airport. Garage across the road had good selection of food/drink options. Excellent value for money.

We had a cancelled flight due to fog, this was an emergency booking. It was cheap and served a purpose. Wouldn't choose to stay again.

On duel carriage way, not close to any amenities, and not actually that close to the airport, well it maybe as the crow flies, but not by road .

Over priced. Outdated and creepy.

The property was a lot further than I had anticipated from the airport. I arrived at around midnight by taxi. The taxi driver had to ring the property multiple times in order for them to open the gate to let us in. The outside was very creepy with the large gates and wire on top of the fences. The room itself was dated, I was on the ground floor and the curtains didn’t close properly meaning if anyone was outside the window they could see me lying in the bed. The bed itself was over soft that you sink into it. The price of the taxi was 69 polish zloty which is about €16. So it would’ve been nearly the same price for me to stay in the Hilton right next to the airport as I had to pay €16 each way from the airport. Overall I would not stay again.

Location was terrible, couldn’t find it and nobody picked up the phone, ended up not making it to the stay and was sent to a location in the middle of nowhere, very isolated area and no help.

Friendly and helpfull guy on the reception. Hotel open 24/7 and is close to the airport, however you cannot walk to it and only option is to use a taxi.

Dirty room with cheap and obsolete furniture, broken facilities as e.g. bathroom hooks, sockets, tiles on the floor. Dirty carpet in the room and hairs on the beds. Noise from neighbours and from the aiplanes take-off.

Close to airport if you have early flight.

Unfortunately there were dust mites in the beds/linens, my husband and I started itching.

easy check-in, friendly staff

The hotel is called airport, but I couldn't get to the airport easily. I had to walk 30 min with my luggage to have 1 uber driver pick me up. I was almost late for the flight
