Very nice location overlooking a beautiful lake in Mazury.

Possibly due to the fact that we visited at the end of the season, the place had a bit of a tired feel to it. The bed was maneuvered so much into the corner that one had to crawl over the whole length to get to the other side. The bathroom felt a little bit cramped

very clean and nice installations, and nice location next to the river. The dinning area has a pretty view to the lake.

Very good breakfast, everyday different choices good quality and plentiful. Location is excellent if you a want a peaceful and scenic place. Restaurant offers good food at reasonable prices and service is good though staff speak very little English, but polite and helpful. A place I highly recommend if you are driving. Also ample parking spaces.

Toiletries were not available in the room and they should provide some products to keep away mosquitos at night.

An amazing view of the largest lake in Poland!!! Delicious breakfast included in the price, for every sophisticated diet. Finnish sauna and gym.

This is the best hotel you can even imagine about! Perfect view to the lake, tasty food in the restaurant, included tasty breakfast, free parking, comfy beds, great design, and even more - swimming pool, sauna and a gym! The personal of the hotel was very understanding and helped our situation a lot!

Unfortunately there was both a group of young adults partying next door, and the walls are very thin. There were also lots of building works going on at the time during my stay, so instead of being spread out all guests were located close together.

Nothing to complain

The location of this hotel is on a hill with a beautiful view on the biggest lake in Poland. I was there during late autumn/winter and I assume it has to be wonderful during the summer. Everything is nice and clean. There is a pretty nice selection of food during breakfast. Great parking space, very close to the entry. Good and stable WiFi! Great lounge next to the restaurant! Beautiful, small terrace with a view!

I spent a week in the best suite this hotel can provide and it is a bit - let me say - uneven.The bathroom is BETWEEN "living room" and "bedroom" so to make it clear - if you want to go to the bedroom from the living room you need to get through the bathroom which has two doors. The rooms and the bathroom are way smaller than it seems on pictures. I know hotels usually are being photographed with wide angle lenses - but this one in particular was more deceiving than usual. Moreover the bathroom is really tight - to wash your hands you will literally touch the toilet with your legs. Besides there is only ONE hook to hang a towel. ONE! OK, there is a radiator that you can hang the towel on but it is above the toilet so it is not that comfortable to hang it over there.Besides - the living room is the room you get into from the corridor. It is not soundproof at all. It is possible to hear absolutely anything that is going on in the corridor or at the reception desk which is just next to the room's door. And it works the other way around! Everybody in the corridor or in the reception will hear everything that is going on in your room. So if you were thinking about doing some "honk honk" with your partner on a sofa you either have to be ultra quiet or don't care about the fact that everyone will hear your "exercises" ;) It is way better in the bedroom<->corridor/reception but I suppose the bedroom is the same with the neighboring room.

The room with balcony with view to the lake is amazing, the price of the room is fine and the staff is really friendly.

The breakfast was a minus, the eggs were cold. The floor in the room was a little bit dirty.

The location was incredible and easy access to the lake as well as the pool was fantastic. The restaurant was amazing as well with great food so didn't need to go elsewhere. The staff was also amazing and super friendly.

The room was a bit hot and the fan in the room had to be on a timer and made it hard to sleep since when the timer ran out, you had to get up and rewind the timer again.

We moved to this property after we had a terrible experience nearby - it was like a change from night to day.The air conditioning was working, there was a good wifi reception, free of charge, and very nice and helpfull staff.ESPECIALLY we LIKED the fact that the animals were FORBIDDEN - if you have fur allergy - it is the very best place to come!! Thanks! Nowadays is very difficult to find places like that, unfortunatelyOh, and by the way - the restaurant is one of the best in Masuria

The swimming pool could be open in the late hours.. like till midnight - what is the point of using it when you have a fantastic beach during the daylight time?And of course we regret not getting here in the first place (instead of to the other property) ;-)

we really like the studio, clean and cosy. friendly service, nice spa area. portions at restaurant was really big. nice and clean beach, lake next to the hotel.

Staff not interested in guests wellbeing. extremely limited restaurant menu. high prices for small portions. very weird decor across the hotel. unusable kettle in the room. no tea or coffee available.

The breakfast service started at 7 am. My wife and I went to the restaurant around 7:15 and there were many things that were already gone and not replenished. A little disappointing, however, it was free breakfast so I don't think I have the right to complain.

Arrive early and leave late to enjoy the peaceful and beautiful location. Superb restaurant!
