Extremely dirty pools. The sauna was off aswell. The breakfast wasn't ready.

The only thing I did not like, and this is why I am not sure I will want to visit this place one more time is that weeding/ komuna/ birthday celebrations were done in parallel, personal is busy with preparations, tables are reserved, a lot of noise around, you just feel redundant in this place, if you came just to spend some time here with your family

Green grace, a lot of trees. Clean rooms, quiet surroundings, nice spa, nice pool.

Very nice place, for families, couples, friends and singles - everyone can find something for themselves. Great pool area, activities and outdoor facilities, recommend!

Very nice property, rooms decent, nice pool,nice sauna/ jacuzzi good looking restaurant with more than decent food.

The main corridor leading to the rooms on the 1st floor was dark, which gave me the impression of a rather back entrance than the main one. To few.staff at the restaurant. We have booked a superior room but we have received a standard one We dont mind it but we overpaid.

The team is extremly motivated to make your stay a success.I put one comment in the past on that site about what could be optimized, it was really a special wish (out of standard). I do confirm that the manager reads the evaluations and is keen to optimize her already good organisation.Again thank you for your dedication, I will come back.

Breakfast was good, room was cozy and the staff helpful

A lot of screaming and coughing toddlers at breakfast, also a a four star hotel could really invest in a mattress topper - it is not a double bed if you only have two twins pushed together with a great chance of ending up in the middle of them during the night

The people working there are so engaged and motivated. As a customer you get the feeling, you are important. They are always keen to find solutions in case of question, situation to solve.I am happy to go there and will go back.Great team!!Thank you

may be it could be possible to swim later in the evening. Pool is closed at 8.30. It is difficult for people working longer to go for a swim.

At the check in the madam told us the restaurant would have been open until 10pm, so by 8 pm we decided to go to the restaurant for dinner, we ordered a plato fo penne with punpkin and tomatoes dryed in the sun, they absolutely tasted of nothing, no tast of tomatoes and no of pupmkin, so I'm wondering about the qulaity of the two main ingredients...after the first dish we waited for the waitress, who was strangley missing, for ordering a dessert, but as soon as she arrived she told us the kitchen was closed and that we couldn't order anything else, it was 9 pm, one hour before the expected time of closing!!!The room was fine, , clean, but the matress was very soft and the pillow too soft.The bathroom was clean, if you do not check for angles and hide spots, and the soap in the shower was finished.The morning later we checked put at 7am and the restaurant was still close so we couldn't have breakfast.Not a very good stay

pity that the simming pool is closed from 8.30pm. Personnes working longer cannot use the staff to destress.

Short night with some spa and leisure activities. We enjoyed swimming pool that was empty. Sauna was spacious with good temperature. The wine selection in the restaurant was decent

The billiard table is ruined. So bad that it is impossible to play. The pasta with chicken, asparagus was very, very poor. Both asparagus and pasta were overcooked and chef forgot to salt pasta.

Spa and wellness was very good, lots of massage options, done very professionally. Pool is decent size and there is a hot tub outside and jacuzzi next to the pool. We really enjoyed this part of our stay.

Giving the fact that the hotel is literally in the middle of the fields and there is no other facilities, shops, bars, restaurants around, and the guests rely only on the hotel, we were unpleasantly surprised that the bar closes at 9 pm, even though the website said 10. The food was mediocre, with highlight of store bought frozen pizza we waited for an hour and paid for more than in an Italian restaurant. They ran out of nachos as well. A la cart restaurant needs improvement too.

The team prepared some fruits in the room as welcome present.
