Too far from the city

Close to train station, with trains getting to downtown Barcelona pretty quickly.

good location, walking distance to restaurants and supermarkets. we had a rental car, parking was free and east at hr back streets

Property was really bad and in bad area

Nothing was good, lift was really bad every time we took the lift it was feeling it was gonna be stocked

I stayed one night ? in this hotel it was super nice very clean and the staff was so friendlly we really had so unforgettable moment actually I can't say anything I just can say that it was super the best hotel that I visit in Barcelona

We had a 2 bedroom apartment, excellent condition. Clean rooms, great neighborhood

The location it’s a long way from the centre and there is very little around the hotel. It’s also a bit stark (the hotel I mean)It was clean comfortable and nice staff. Also it was next to China City which I discovered sold everything

staff very nice, bathtub and nice water pressure ... super nice woman that clean ... leaved everything perfect behind ... the receptionist are very nice too , helpful with everything ..info taxi booking checking .

the people in the other room where savages,.. some group of old man screaming and fighting and getting drunk and i could not sleep at all for 2 nights. The staff called them , but for nothing ..you can not reason with monkeys. You need to make a fee for unruly customers...if they make noise and disturb others you charge them duble ..triple ..etc Only the pain of paying more civilises the savages.

Nice clean appartement with 2 bedrooms, 1 has a double sized bed, the other bedroom has a 1 person sized bed. The living room had a couch and a comfort seat. Television with plenty of channels, very fast FREE wifi connection (speedtest 500mb+) and stableFurthermore there was a kitchen which could be closed off in the living room by dividing doors. There was everything you needed. A Microwave, an Oven, a bread toaster, stove, dishwasher and glasses. Dishes and knives and forks and so on.The bathroom was rather large equipped with a washing machine a toilet and bidet. A shower/bathtub combination with a glass wall.Overall a very pleasant experience, I would book this appartement again in the future! 10/10!Personell also very friendly and 24h service.

The only minor thing was that the ventilation in the bathroom wasn't working so it got quite moist after showering. But leaving the door open and opening a window fixed that perfectly. No complaints whatsoever ??

Hotel general aperiance is filty dirty.

Hotel albeit in quite a run down area was excellent The staff were really helpful in suggesting places to eat as not a lot of obvious options

Lots of strange people milling about at night and a constant smell of weed Although didn't feel unsafe

The room was very good with a comfortable bed, and nice clean bathroom. The underground parking was great, we could take the bags straight up using the lift. The breakfast in the morning was great. So much choice, and everything presented nicely.

Am finding a appartment with two bed rooms with double bed But they dont have they have one with 1 double bed and the other one is with 2 single bed so for me to adjust is difficult beacuse i book for couple stay

The two bedroom apartment is a great option if you have kids and want a little more privacy. The kitchen had what you needed to do some basic cooking in it. The bathroom was a bit dated but clean and large. All around a comfortable stay just about a 30 minute drive into the city.

There was a washing machine but no detergent. There was also no dishwashing liquid or sponges. If a person was planning on staying for longer than a day or so, those things would be really nice to have. There was no coffee machine or kettle.

What Went Well: Sercotel is ideally located, offering great convenience for exploring the surrounding area. The staff provided exceptional service, with special recognition to Tamara, who handled both my check-in and check-out with outstanding professionalism. The hotel offers a gym, which is a valuable amenity, and the overall ambiance is serene and quiet, contributing to a very restful stay.

**Areas for Improvement:**Upon arriving in my room, I discovered that no body shampoo or hair shampoo was provided, which was rather inconvenient. Additionally, the lighting in the room is quite dim, making it difficult to read in the evening. Addressing these issues would significantly enhance the overall guest experience.

The location is good, the rooms were clean and big, the bed is very comfortable, they changed our towels often and made the bed. The staff is very kind.

Location - not in nice areaBreakfast was very disappointing. Apparently served to 11 am on Sundays, there was practically nothing left on the buffet at 10.15. In fairness the staff made some bacon and eggs but the cold buffet, bread, etc was not replenished.Better on Monday morning but we went to breakfast earlier.
