Catalonia Gran Hotel Verdi

What I didn't like about the hotel is that they waited until the day we were checking out to tell us that part of our payment didn't go through. I feel like they should have been ahead of the problem and they should have let us know beforehand.not 4 star

Delicious Breakfast, friendly and efficient staff, silent bedroom.

The staff was friendly and very accommodating. The room was clean and comfortable. The breakfast was amazing. We had a lovely stay!

Is a great hotel by the area, I like the bed, blankets, the space and the attention.

It is far from Barcelona, train take 1 hour then walk around 20 min. The frond desk maybe could identify better tourists and provide better suggestions specially about transportation.

Good price / quality/ comfort for a 1 night business trip. Staff was very friendly and accommodating

Breakfast was excellent, great choices. The restaurant was also very good for evening meals.

The insulation between the rooms was not very good, especially between ajoining bathrooms, you could hear when the next rooms bathroom was being used.

Very spacious and clean.

The room attendant opened the door four times while I was still in the room. The first happned while Im still in the shower then it continued while I’m fixing my things to prepare for my check out. ?‍♀️

Check-in was very easy. The receptionist even allowed us to check-in before 2 pm.

Bed was so small and making squeaky noise. The coach was so old and ripped and dirty. We saw 3 cockroaches in the hallway that made myself and my 2 kids stay awake most of the night thinking that might they come inside. The elevators were so small and scary (4 of us with only 2 carry ons were so tightly fit in there.

Great location, very close to the beach and restaurants. Nice swimming pool.

Very average breakfast, lots of sugar, and limited healthy options. Mosquitos in the rooms was told it's the season, no provisions made for this. Rooms weren't cleaned very well, had to call for towels, loo paper etc. Asked for non-smoking, got 2 smoking rooms, as non-smokers that smell sticks to everything. Couldn't change as the hotel was full. Not our best holiday spot.

Staff where all good ,very clean

The breakfast cooked buffet was very poor, the scrambled eggs looked and tasted like they was there for hours ,the bacon was like wood the Sausages where cold ,the selection was very limited to 4 items very poor considering is 15 euro per head

Immaculate, well presented, very comfortable the bed was very cosy, lovely staff.

The room was big and very comforrable. The location was perfect, within close proximity of shopping area, 5 - 8 minute walk to the Sabadell Nord train station, Taxi rank outside the hotel 25- 30 minutes by taxi to the city centre, great restaurants close by, bars and fitness clubs. The staff are very polite friendly, helpful efficient and at the same time very professional. Thank you for for a wonderful stay.

The room can be noisy when there are festivals and parades

The staff was really nice and did their most to satisfy our needs

The room smelled too strong (very intense perfume) to the point where I had to open the windows for a couple of hours. Also, I don’t know whether the walls are too thin or if I had really loud neighbours, but I could hear everything from their room. Every detail of their conversations at 7AM
