Perfectly located right across from the train station and just a short 10–15 minute walk to all the main attractions. The rooms are spotless, the beds incredibly comfortable, and the bathrooms sparkling clean. The staff are friendly and always happy to help!

A little noisy in the morning and not very well maintained hallways but you won’t even care.

This was a nice, quaint, old hotel that’s been perfectly kept and maintained. Staff was friendly and knowledgeable, and they have hotel parking, which made things easy for us (although we had to pay, which was okay with us.)

We liked this property just fine. We appreciated the old vibes and the fact that it’s not one of the franchise (sterile) hotels you find more and more these days.

It was very clean. The staff were very helpful.

The pillows were not very good and it was too noisy from within from other guests and from outside noise.

The bedrooms have a strong cigarette smell. We asked to change bedrooms which they promptly did but the other room was very smelly also.

Initial impressions are poor, outside appearance is old and tatty, but in reality it does all the basics well. The local area is scary, near to the station, but double glazing is excellent for sound proofing. Garage is good for security. Food is by the adjacent snack bar which is only ok.

Location pretty scary.

Very helpful receptionist. Easy free overnight parking in adjacent street. A number of nice restaurants nearby .

Super close to the train station and great stay overall :) room was clean and had fresh towels everyday.

The parking was handy, although not obvious to find. Parking is difficult around the hotel and we had trouble finding somewhere so that we could go into the hotel to ask where their parking was. The room was very comfortable and reception staff really friendly and helpful.

There was no tea or coffee making facilities and the coffee machine in the lobby wasn’t working.

Great hotel, everything matches the description, friendly and helpful staff. Conveniently located, room is clean and tidy, I want to stay longer ... which is what I did. definitely, if you come for a few days, you can safely stay here. The room has excellent blind windows, so you don't have to worry about it being next to the train station. I will recommend to friends.

Not sure whether this should come under things that we liked or didn’t like, but my wife who is Ukrainian said it’s just like the hotels that used to be in Kramatorsk before the war. Because of the slightly musty smell. I immediately took offence at this saying it’s much nicer than that and then she said no come on some of those hotels were really quite nice. and it’s true, some were. but they didn’t have big TVs with Netflix on and none of them were that close to the station. So this hotel is on balance clearly better than most hotels in Kramatorsk and that is more of a compliment than you probably think

The WiFi was non existent, during the 4 nights I stayed there, I couldn’t connect even once

Evening reception lady needs a good shake up with her attitude, other than that this hotel is fine for an overnight/short stay. Parking on site, underground garage & breakfast can be had next door. The hotel is a bit dated but that’s reflected in the reasonable price for a room.

Evening reception lady had a disappointing attitude with guests. In contrast, the morning reception staff were lovely, polite & helpful.

The hotel is centrally located. It is literally across the road from the main line train station in Lleida. Great and easy transport access to the airports in Barcelona and Madrid.. The airport in Barcelona is 1 hour 20 minutes away from the hotel.

The hotel needs more English language trained employees.

The location is the biggest plus. A bit more amenities in the hotel will be nice, a kettle in the room for example or a microwave downstairs.
