Hotel Sansi Park

We loved the young lady who is a skier! She welcomed us at the front desk, upgraded us, sent us to a magnificent restaurant where our standard for paella was set for life, and made our stay a joy. Staff was a nice, small town. We enjoyed our stay!!

One bed was a bit noisy

A receptionist lady in the morning was nice and let us check in at 12 when regular check-in was at 3pm. She made sure we liked our room and changed our room when the tv in our first room didnt work. girl at the reception in the following morning was also so nice and served us croissants and coffee when we didnt have any breakfast included anyways. Everyone here at the hotel was nice and rooms were cozy.

It didnt have any cups nor kettle. It would be nice if we can make a cup of tea in our room. However, they offered hot water from downstairs :-)

We love this place for people who are working there, they are always very nice, very helpful and make your stay more enjoyable.Also, it’s easy to park and good restaurants just on the corner!

The rooms are correct, but not luxurious. To put a but the beds could be a little nore comfy

Good location with underground parking on site. Very helpful staff, and a good buffet breakfast. Comfortable beds and a good sized room.

Only downside was that because we were there during the change of seasons, the room was quite warm because AC had already been turned off but the weather was quite warm.

My experience at the Sansi Park Hotel has been impeccable. The staff was polite and friendly and answered all my questions about the city. The room itself was clean, comfortable, with a great bed and bathroom. The location is also amazing, very central and close to bus stops, supermarkets, cafes etc. When I return to Lleida, I will definitely stay there again, thank you guys :)

Really helpful staff. Had an issue with a room and they promptly changed it. Nice room comfortable mattresses.

Nice room, very clean and comfortable and the location was good

A perfect hotel: very welcoming staff, everything clean, great illumination, wonderful bathroom and perfect shower. They even put USB-c and b charger next to the bed.

Comfortable bed, modern bathroom and shower. Great toiletries. Central location.

AC was not very strong but cool enough to sleep. Some instructions regarding how to operate the shower would’ve been appreciated.

Location, value, breakfast

Room was clean, beds comfortable. We arrived at the same time as multiple other guests and the staff was very kind and helpful to everyone.

The parking is terrible, spots too small, no room to maneuver. During the night we were woken up twice by other guests in their room talking normally.

The quality price. The rooms did not match what they looked like in bookimg photos. To not repeat the experience! Cleanless of the rooms. The park was awful

It was clean with a comfortable bed. One of few hotels in the area with parking. This is the first thing we check as we are both limited in our walking abilities.

The breakfast room was down some marble steps but there was no hand rail for those with unsteady gait. An accident waiting to happen. Tea and coffee making facilities would enhance the facilities a lot.

We stayed for a week in two bedrooms. The hotel staff was very helpful and responded to our requests for different pillows. The rooms were thoroughly cleaned every day and we felt very comfortable! The location is centric, walking distance to Seu Vella, Carrer Major and many shops and restaurants. The only downside was that one of the rooms didn't have curtain (it did have blinds), but I would definitely recommend the hotel!
