    Pros +

    • Friendly staff and very helpful.
    • Nice and comfortable rooms. Excellent breakfast.
    • The property was close to a Carrefour which made the trip very convenient for us. The room was a nice size. Beds were comfortable. Room was clean. Staff was kind and helpful.

    Cons -

    • A bit expensive given the amenities offered. Access to the parking is also not that convenient.
    • A little bit far from the center of the city.
    • Parking was a huge issue. I arrived with a large van. Street parking is a bit of a hassle. Staff didn’t know how street parking worked. Because she doesn’t own a car. Which blew my mind. Even if you don’t own a car you can still gather information for your guests. When walking around in the evening it didn’t feel very safe. So please be aware.

Very clean, friendly staff, delicious breakfast.

    9SilviaPosted on: 7-31-2025

Clean, big and spaceous room. We had all the amenities we needed and my son and I stayed very comfortably.

Room 107 had a coffee maker that did not work. That was a bummer, but they have coffee pods at the reception .

    8AkbarPosted on: 6-28-2025

The room was quite comfortable. Having coffee in the room would have been nice.

Parking at the hotel was quite confusing. Additionally, it is unclear whether parking was 16 Euros.

Amazing good breakfast!!!!!And clean, friendly, good bed, good location.

Hotel do not have a gym as advertised. They only have arrangement with a local gym in other place.

Great location, the staff were all very friendly and helpful, comfortable beds. The breakfast had loads of “sin gluten” options which was wonderful.

The air con did not work properly and the room was too warm even set at 15 degrees.

    8IngridPosted on: 3-29-2025

Lovely hotel nice staff room clean Bed quite hard and no airco to cool the room it was very warm at night

    7LaiaPosted on: 3-25-2025

Large and very comfy rooms, and fantastic breakfast.

Cleaning should be improved (linen/towels). Also, one can hear the people in the other rooms…

    The bed sheets

The smell, it’s old, the staff are not friendly at all.

    Comfy beds, very clean.

We arrived very late in the evening, and the receptionist was very attentive and welcomed us, confirmed us the parking was already included with no additionally fee. In the morning at check out the woman at reception had such a bad attitude and charged us for the parking, when we explained we had confirmation yesterday of it being included.

Friendly welcome, free upgrade to a lovely superior room including bathrobes and slippers. Excellent breakfast buffet, with a varied assortment of gluten free items for me, and lots of healthy options.

A lounge/ bar would have been nice late in the evening.

Parking garage. The room was fine.

A staff member came to my room and accused my dog of urinating in the lift. Which of course he hadn't. Before checking in, I had to sign a long document of regulations with regards to my dog, several of them were a bit absurd. I also paid 25 euros extra for my small dog, plus 16 for the parking garage. The stay came out quite expensive and then there's the unnecessary hassle and rudeness with regards to my dog, who by the way was polite and quiet and slept on his bed all night. Even when somebody's private burglar alarm went off in the night and scared the crap out of everyone else. This hotel stated that dogs were welcome. It's more fitting to say that dogs are (barely) tolerated - but expect rudeness.

The staff, location, room and facilities were excellent.

    No complaints

    8LouisePosted on: 11-6-2024

The beds are good. Clean room. Well cooked food in the inhouse restaurant and a very service minded waiter. Well assorted breakfast buffet.

We asked specifically for a quiet room, and we got a room on the 4th floor with heavy traffic outside, and a lot of noise from slamming doors from other rooms, and we could clearly hear noise from the neighboring rooms (virtual meetings, television, loud conversations). The aircon couldn’t be turned on, so the room was unpleasantly warm. When my husband took a shower the whole floor of the bathroom was flooded.Public parking is available at a lesser price than the hotel’s own parking arrangement.

The room was very comfortable. The location was pretty good. Overall, this is a very good hotel.

The restaurant was closed when we visited so we couldn't order room service

It was a nice hotel, really comfortable. The staff was very attentive.

Location. It is a little far from the city center.

    7AnnPosted on: 10-24-2024

Staff very welcoming and helpful. Foyer of hotel looks a little tired and maybe my expectations were too high. It's a busy place and gets lots of wear and tear. Sadly the rooms show this too. The bed was fine but just not the absolute best I had slept in during my 20 night holiday.. Breakfast choice good.

We were not warned that restaurant would not be open on Sunday evening and local restaurants, particularly any that open at 8pm or before are virtually non existant. Carrefour is right next door and we were able to get a snack.

very clean rooms, friendly staff, good wifi connection.underground parking 1 min from hotel entrance, not connected within building (walking on ramp access for cars) If you have a companion, better unload heavy suitcases before entering car park :)Don't miss to visit La Seu Vella and the Roda Roda vintage car collection.
