Very nice rooms

Check in took forever, the parking lot is a nightmare because extremely tight, so much so that you have to maneuver extensively to get in and out

The restaurant is very good. As the hotel is outside the historical district, it has a spacious parking garage next to it.

The room was big, the bed was high quality and confortable.You have a desk and also a pair of armchairs with a cofee table.The breakfast is quite good, with some nice Iberico products.The hotel have a private parking right next door.

I found some hair on the floor of the bathroom, which is definitely not what I did expect to find in an hotel of this standing.I asked for a late check-out ( 1.00pm instead of 12.00 ). Initially the receptionist told me yes, before asking me my room number, then she said that I would have to pay 10 euros extra.This kind of sudden change is not acceptable to me. It means that 2 clients having different deals on the room will not be treated the same !Daily parking fee is 15 euros

Dinner only is offered from 20:30 which is quite late, mainly if you can been traveling. They charge 18€ to plug the car on top of the 16€ fee. Breakfast was ok but lacked of variety

The staff of the hotel was very helpful, the room was comfortable and the location was great to visit the city walking.

The hotel looks a bit tired. Rooms have some wear and tear. A few things need to be repaired such as the bedside lamps.

The staff were nice and the property clean.

The sound of slamming doors all morning. The property needs to be renovated as it has deteriorated since we last stayed 2 years ago and the view onto someone’s washing line wasn’t great. Plus we used their car park next door and constantly having to ask the staff to open it to get into it became tedious especially when having to pay €17. Don’t know why it isn’t fob activated.

The room was clean and had enough space. The bathroom appliances were in ideal condition. The staff was very friendly. The air conditioning worked very well. The breakfast was good enough.

No slippers and bathrobe in the room. The bed could be a bit wider and softer.

Had a fantastic meal in the restaurant. The staff were very nice. Useful parking on site after long drive.

Excellent location, both for visiting the historic old town and for strolls along the river. The nearby modern art museum is well worth a visit.The bistrot in the hotel is very good value, with excellent service and refreshingly quiet and discreet.Especially engaging is the passionate history of Leida.

I had a pleasant stay at this hotel. The room was very comfortable, providing everything that I needed. I like that they supply you with an eco-friendly recycled toothbrush as well as other items. With the location being close to the train station, it was convenient to walk to.

Everything was really good! Efficient, polite and helpfull staff, clean and spacious room, comfortable bed and pillows, centric location...

The staff were very nice, we had dinner at the lobby and it was good.

I would improve the breakfast. The offer wasn't very big and there was no staff around to help.

High quality hotel, the personal is very kind and attentive, client focused. The room was great. The late supper (warm vegetables) and the breakfast were qualitative.The location is good, at 100m of the Rambla and at 10 minutes walking to the place where you can start the visit of the fortifications and cathedral.I would take the same hotel in case I would return to Lleida.

There is a private carpark. But in case you would arrive late, park a large car among the other ones may be challenging.

Breakfast a little chaotic

The rooms were good. The bed was comfortable. The breakfast was reasonable for the price. The location was really good, with walking distance from most.

The parking is horrible. Both attempting to get into the garage as well as the parking lines are all backwards. It the entrance was increased with both doors and then the parking lines we so you could drive directly into the spot, it would be much better. The Manager also came in with his van and had major difficulty parking it. I am sure there are many cars that come out scratched.

Clean modern and spacious room. Good restaurant & breakfast.

Parking availability a plus but a nightmare layout/access even by Spanish standards.

Parking in street was helpful and situation near centre was good

Bed was comfortable. The soundproofing was excellent. The bathroom was clean and well lit.
