Got a bad room and not what I asked for. Asked for twin beds got a single with a horrific mattress

The room was spacious, clean and comfortable. The breakfast had a good variety of both hot and cold choices and had good hours of availability. The front desk lady had a very good recommendation for dinner. Check in and check out was very efficient. We also used the free parking right in front of the hotel with no issues.

It is located on a busy road and unfortunately the restaurant wasn't open the day we were there (Sunday).

Ive been here 7 times, this time we weren’t treated well. I couldn’t reserve a triple room three months ago and then got to the hotel with two rooms booked three months ago

No rooms together, then given a room that was still occupied. Then that was changed and I got a room where the sink did not work and the toilet didn’t flush

Basic but clean, nice shower

1st stay of two bookings within a week each revealed the following;- initial booking reception staff member finding speaking English very difficult. Helped out by passing colleague who was speaking very good English. Room had faulty plug fitting. One set of towels in room on arrival. Breakfast very good also staff. Garage parking very good free also for motorcycle s. Cafe/bar good. A very noisy room was experienced.

Parking was very handy, easy to find, and drive to this location. It was a good hike for non walkers to get to the old town but not much left of it anyhow. The museum was definitely worth a visit. The hotel was clean and breakfast was excellent.

There did not appear to be a cooling option so the room got quite warm so had to open the window. The check in was bit on the slow side , staff at the front desk were friendly but disappeared often at least when we were there.

The front desk receptionist of yesterday evening (28th) and the other one of today morning (29th) were just great: kind, helpful and charming. At the restaurant, both yesterday's dinner and today's breakfast, personnel were at the same level.Good quality service is never something that is too much stressed.

The staff were friendly and the restaurant/bar was convenient.

When we arrived the rooms we were allocated were filthy so we had to wait to be relocated to some clean rooms. The bed was uncomfortable and the room absolutely stank of cleaning chemicals, it took over two hours to air the room out.

One of the better Ibis places I have stayed on. As usual the rooms small, but that is expected from this name brand. But the food was excellent. I did enjoy my stay.

Perfect

This is one of the best rooms I stayed at Ibis chain. Breakfast assortment was good and you can eat I think from 6am to noon. Manager was helpful in local restaurant recommendations.

The perfect place for a short city stay, just the job for working trips.The staff are really efficient; there's parking facilities; the restaurant is great, especially the night menu. The room fine, clean and comfortable.

We stayed for a one night, the room and the bathroom were clean. Breakfast was not that rich, but good enough - cheeses, meat, cornflakes, potato tortillia, bread with tomatoes, tea/coffee/juices and ect,. we missed only eggs :)Many big stores around - grocery, electronics, home stuff. Big advantage - hotel's parking, which is big and free.
