Staff behavior, no hot water and now heating system

Easy to check in, comfortable and nice staff. Good price too.

Everything was perfect: room, bathroom, water temperature, comfort, desktop, and of course, the bed.

The internet signal was not very good in the room.

The coffee machine in the lobby was great! The room was clean and good sized. Modern look and design. There was a huge bathtub that was wonderful! Breakfast was fine: 10 euros if paid at booking, 13 euros if not prepaid, and one free breakfast if room is not cleaned (not available morning of check out).

The location is nothing special but does have cafes and a Mercadona close by. The internet was strange. I don’t have a call plan so I rely on the hotel’s internet. For my 3 days there, I had no access to any emails I had received and also couldn’t send any. Also, there was no phone charger by the bed. The only way to charge my phone was to leave the light on that the switch was connected to! Very poor planning since charging usually happens at night!

Breakfast was definitely not the best. Invoice could not be made.

The stuff was nice and helpful. The location is fine, but not the best block to stay in - no local people and in the night I felt not that much secure.

The bathroom is separated by the glass wall inside the room. I mean, it’s kind of no privacy

I’m so grateful with the staff that gave us the chance to change my nights for others a few weeks later. We weren’t able to go because of the Dana but they don’t hesitate to tell us to reschedule.Good commodities at the room and the hotel in general. Complete breakfast (not included un the room price).

For the price of the room, breakfast could be included

The staff were very helpful throughout, and also very supportive when I had to go to hospital after an accident. Also it was easy to find coming off the motorway.

The soundproofing in this hotel is terrible. I could hear every noise from the neighboring rooms, and the windows don't block out any of the outside noise either. If you don't bring earplugs, expect to be woken up early, as it gets very loud by 7 AM. On top of that, the cleaning staff makes an excessive amount of noise while tidying the other rooms, as if they're demolishing the place. Definitely not ideal for light sleepers or anyone hoping for a quiet stay!

The hotel is in the city center and in a quiet area. 30 min walk to the station. Comfortable rooms.

Not that I did not like it, just to tell. No kettle or coffee maker in rooms but in the lobby there is tea and coffee all the time (no charge).

Best of the B and B chain (I've used a few others).Secure underground car parking but very tight to manouvre into or out af a space.

Difficult to find somewhere decent to eat. Very few options so ate takeaway in room as it was also raining.

Easy going business hotel, quiet street, near most places in town ( walkable).Comfy bed & stylish bathroom

Street was a little noisy with deliveries over night. Not in the hotel s control.However in their control, 1 lift not working & the usual key card failure

We can check in early and was clean,comfortable, walking distance to the center of the city,friendly staff.

Breakfast is not a lot of choices.but ok for 10 euros..

Really good hotel in centre of the city with secure parking for motorcycle underneath the hotel. Lovely big room with air conditioning and modern bathroom with huge shower area. Very helpful and friendly staff. Breakfast buffet was ok with hot and cold food items

The room lighting was too dim for us. Breakfast buffet was ok but quality of the meats and cheeses could have been better

The hotel is perfect for the price. The room was spacious the bathroom modern and clean. Breakfast was very good.

The location is central, and the staff was really nice and helpful. We needed a place for one night, and it was a suitable solution.

Our room smelled of cigarettes - the linen, the towels, everything. The breakfast was poor.

I will not consider stay here in the future
