Finca Prats Hotel Golf & Spa

The room was spacious and comfortable. We enjoyed both the spa and our excellent meal in the restaurant. We definitely recommend this hotel.

nnot all of the rooms have a terrace or balcony and it would be nice to know if there is one at the moment of booking.

Room decor needs updating

- Size of the room was good- Breakfast was ok

- The room was not ready until 5.15 pm, although check-in should be at 4 pm (no drink or anything was offered as a gesture)- The hallway in front of our room was a huge mess when we arrived, it was full of garbage, towels and mattresses (we even had to move a mattress to enter our room)- The pool area needs a renovation - No privacy in the room as the bathroom is built right into the room- Food quality in the restaurant was good, however the service messed up our order (3 out of 4 ordered dishes were not correct)- Hotel is right next to a highway, but the noise level was ok

We had a very pleasant stay at this hotel. The room is comfortable, spacious, and clean. The staff is friendly, and we made good use of the spa. There are complimentary drinks in the minibar, and you get free towels and bathrobes. The restaurant was very good, but keep in mind that the prices are high.

There was an issue with the air conditioning, which made the room temperature higher than it should have been.

It wasn't crowded, and it was nice to use the spa all by ourselves. The receptionist was friendly. There were a lot of trees by the room window, which made the view pretty nice. The bed was very large and comfy.

The spa needs some renovation, as well as the rooms. In spa, doors to saunas don't close well, and in the room, a wooden floor tile was constantly coming off. It's impossible to open a window in the room. The breakfast wasn't the best experience because the staff didn't inform us how to get the warm breakfast options when we were sat at the table, we assumed that the warm breakfast will just come eventually and helped ourselves with the cold options. But after some waiting, we figured out that we just have to specifically ask the waitress (who wasn't busy since there were only 2 guests apart from us) to bring the menu (which is just a QR code).

Overall it was nice, however, the installations are dated and the cleanliness is not up to standard.

The Sauna was frequently not working. Charging for bread and cubiertos and a terraza fee in the restaurant is poor. Especially as this is not on the menu.

The location, next to the freeway is odd. It is difficult to get to with different one way roads.

This hotel was exceptional. We were upgraded to a suite that was beautifully furnished and so comfortable… we wished we could’ve stayed longer. The spa facilities were immaculate and lovely. We had a wonderful dinner and breakfast was delicious.

I Loved the Restaurant and the Pool so much! It was fun to swim there. The food was fantastic, one of the best steaks I’ve ever had.

Nice place close to road with very nice and helpful stuff. Dinner was perfect. We got upgraded room and everything was perfect. Breakfast could be better but in fact we were very satisfied with our staying in the Finca

The staff were amazing and went above and beyond to help me enjoy my trip. Rooms were clean and comfortable and the food was outstanding. Can't wait to go back.

The gym could use an upgrade. but I wouldn't say I disliked it. Everything else was amazing.

Where the big water pit was located maybe better to lay it out to trees and scrubs !

Wife and I visited for 1 night early July 2023.Highlights:-Easy to find-Modern-Free parking -Room was above average in size-Restaurant for dinner served excellent quality ingredients - food was delicious with local products

Lowlights:-Hotel is adjacent to a highway, although I didn't hear any traffic from room-No outside pool-No outside terrace or sitting area for lunch or dinner, indoor eating only-Cleanliness of room - plenty of dust about, under bed, corners, hard to reach areas etc.. -Room is minimalest and our room was in need of urgent attention -If you are a golfer, no sight of a golf course from hotel -Style of hotel is of a unique taste -Pictures of hotel are misleading -Hotel is no longer a 5*-Breakfast buffet was average compared to other hotels in its class
