    Pros +

    • Ideal location for our purpose. It can be a windswept and remote coast so its great there are cozy cabins and a cafe / restaurant / bar / games room on site. We were there on a summer holiday weekend so check ahead what facilities will be open when you book as the nearest supermarket is half an hour's drive away. This is not to be negative, remote is the nature of this part of the country. We ate / drank / in the bar both evenings we were here, because we could, but there is also a campers kitchen to cook own meals. Staff were great.
    • Love the landscape. The wild South coast.
    • Really nice atmosphere. Staff very friendly. DJ night had a great vibe. Really great fish meal at the cafe.

    Cons -

    • Vanilla air freshener in the toilet was an odd smell
    • The second bed in the cabin was a bit hard. A topper would make it more comfy.
    • Honestly we didn't not like anything. Had everything we needed. Can't wait to stay again ?

    The view was breathtaking

The toilets and shower could be cleaned during the day. And the room could have used a light mopping after previous guests. But other than that good stay and staff were pleasant and eager to assist when needed. Other guests were friendly

    Disappointing

We booked and stayed 2 nights, and checked in and out through the reception. They didn’t say anything when we checked out but I got an email saying we stayed 3 nights and needed to pay for the extra night without any evidence such as their system record, just the two nights booking confirmation. I understand booking.com might get our booking dates wrong but we checked in and out with the staff. Why bother doing the process of checking ins and outs when you don’t intend to record anything but just trusting the bookings from booking.com. We don’t receive any apology for this wrongful accusation after clarifying things out (Which should be your responsibility to check first). Please do better.

An awesome little campsite in the remote cape Palliser region. Campsite management were super friendly and helpful. The view from our cabin was amazing. We were fortunate to have a fabulous view of the Aurora!

That day when our reach the village, the village staff told us to that they village had over sale they are room, so they cancelled our booking, but I don't why they still charge our money, how many times we had communicated to the person in charge, but still can't settle, really disappointed and bad feel.

    The village really no responsibility

The sea views from your cabin are just amazing ?
