Nice location , good ecperience

Great kitchen facilities, clean and quiet, people were lovely and respectful.

Gorgeous Mountain View! Centrally located. Nicely hot showers. Plenty of room for a family of four! Relaxed atmosphere!

Not really, I wish I could’ve met more of the staff.

Great convenient location when travelling to the West Coast. Big, very well equipped and clean kitchen.

Typical backpacker issue, bunk beds were very wobbly. One small movement and the whole bed shook. Sleep wasn’t very restful therefore. No power outlets near the beds, which was inconvenient. Overall vibe in the dorm felt a bit strange, not social at all.

The kitchen facilities were great! The laundry option was appreciated. The rooms were lovely and clean.

Nice private room in a hostel with good kitchen facilities and in a nice location from which to do various walks out of Arthur’s Pass.

Location was good, kitchen was good.

Room was overheated, the bed was not very comfortable, the door was difficult to lock and would blow open if it wasn't locked, and some of the written notes from the staff came off a bit strong.

Easy self check in was appreciated when arriving late at night. The accommodation is well provisioned in terms of communal areas, i.e. kitchen, lounge, bathrooms. Our room was large, warm and even had a couple of couches. External access also a bonus.

Paper thin walls, could hear all conversations both sides.

Dirty curtain in bathroom. Noisy and disturbing if there is people walking upstairs at midnight

Awesome location like a treehouse, comfy as bed great water pressure l!

Maybe a sign in lounge saying when to be quiet from as very loud people til 10pm and most people trying to sleep and bedroom door wouldn’t close, maybe suggest after 8.30 to go downstairs if on phone or socialising loudly?

if a heater provided that would be more comfortable. We were getting chilled in the nights. So, have to use more blankets.but, the stay was very good.

Bring on the bottom floor, it was easy to get in through the sliding door. Great that it’s one building.

Bit noisy from upstairs people. And $2 coins are hard to find in Arthur’s pass for the washing machine/dryer.

A central location with good access to the mountains.

Only feedback is to have the door be able to close in the bunk house so folks can sleep if people are in the leisure area.

Location was good.

Floors , walls are thin so every noise was heard. Bed/ mattress was tilted. Lots of road noise when traffic was going by.

Good for one night overnight but that’s all. Facilities are clean and kitchen is big. Toilets very small. Our shared room was messy when we arrived. No staff on site
