The location , it is in a quite country town, close to Steenwijk. The pool and sauna was nice. The room was nice and the beds slept great

The walls did not block out all everyday noises.

It was cheap

Many bugs, not enough facilities for what you pay.

The fact it is in a beautiful, rural, wooded setting.. Very mentally relaxing.

Very nice and cozy place. Rooms are tidy and confortable.

Swimming pool is not available due to "safety reasons" while this was the first motive for choosing this hotel, but we were not informed about this. :((

I had a very disappointing experience at this hotel . I booked at the 14th of April for 1 night. I was told I could pay at the property, and the receptionist clearly said to me that the breakfast was included. However, the next morning after I had breakfast with my partner and my Son, i was asked to pay for it and they charged me extra 45€ for it, claiming it wasn’t included in the price. I felt tricked and disrespected as a guest. Overall, the service was very unprofessional. I do not recommend this hotel at all.

The beds were too soft. The shower was open, and when the water was running, it would splash out onto the floor, making it slippery.

Fair price, nice location and possibility to charge the electric car. Even possibility for pool and sauna, even though we did not use it.

Carpets were very worn and quite dirty

Great location, surrounded by forest, fresh air, the morning on the balcony with birds chirping- wonderful, everything in the spacious bathroom was working properly, good beds, nice bar downstairs, swimming pool, free parking space, nice and welcoming staff

The carpet on the floor needs a serious wash or to be changed

Breakfast was good.

Given that the eviction took place very early, not being able to leave our belongings seemed very uncomfortable. It was also not very good when we came from far away, we were very hungry and there was nowhere to eat. Nothing works.

The staff were lovely, the cafe/restaurant area was nice. Beds comfy

The hotel really needs an upgrade, the carpets in the room were awful, the bathroom although clean smelled of sewer occasionally. The hotel entrance door is an old fashioned swing door and hit me relatively hard on two occasions as I was unaware it was not a soft close, really not easy when you have luggage!

Long hours of waiting for dinner. Unfortunately but the food is good. Lack of information and updates. We have planned to play tennis, but it is actually closed.
