The young lady who welcomed us was very nice, very efficient. I appreciated the phone call checking up on us before we arrived. VERY COMFORTABLE DOUBLE BED!!

The size of the room and sink area in the bathroom. But very good for one night. A bit more variety for breakfast buffet.

Clean, easy check in, plenty of secure parking, good value for money, lots of USB sockets

When we wanted breakfast in the morning they were fully booked.

Receptionist very friendly, No toilet seat on the toilet, no tv remote in the assigned room, receptionist moved us to a larger room at no extra cost. secured parking. Very quite.

Bathroom very small. No soap in dispenser by the sink. Breakfast should have been included in price imo, small coffee cost €1.50

We didn't have soap in the shower areas it looks like no one check and general bathroom is quite small if you are tall I recommend to rent different Hotel

Made a very clean impression.Bed was comfortable and check-in went very quickly and uncomplicated.Breakfast options may seem limited to some, but everything I needed was there. Also it's served until 11.00 :)

I arrived by train, so the hotel was in a bad location for me. It's situated among other business and road hotels, near a highway and in an commerce and industry area. Maybe good for some who are there by car, but not so great for me.

Clean and tidy.

The room was tiny. Compared to other budget hotels, it was poor value. There was barely enough room to get around the bed. There wasn't a surface large enough to place my cycling helmet on.

The location

The room was so small it was hard to walk around the bed, the en-suite had no where to put towels if both people had showers, there was black long hairs in the sink, on the back of the toilet and something red on the shower door and there were also beetles which ended up with me keeping the side light on as I couldn't catch them ( they were to fast) and therefore I didn't sleep much at all and I couldn't sit up because it was when they ran across the headboard that I saw them, thus I didn't want them in my hair or face. There was no were to put the overnight bag which meant it booked my very limited access to the tiny en-suite. Only one disable parking space that was already taken. No point saying anything as the receptionist could only speak French and when I said I didn't speak French she continued to rattle off a long speech in French and then just shrugged her shoulders. Sink tap wobbled. Soap dispenser felt like it would snap if you pushed it too hard or come off the wall. I know you only really need the basics for an over night stay and a comfortable bed but my over night bag had nowhere to be placed without causing an obstruction and therefore a health and safety hazard

Nice bed and breakfast, rooms were clean, breakfast was good, couldn't really ask for much more.

2* hotel next to the exit of theautoroute. Only a few minutes by car to the city center. Room small, but clean, bath/WC well equipped. Friendly staff.

Breakfast was nice, free coffee all day was a bonus. Room was very quiet and standard layout. Very comfy bed. Staff very helpful. Easy to find and excellent parking. Aircon was excellent.

WiFi did not work for 2 days. Eventually fixed by third day. However, staff helped out with this with second option as a stop gap.Its quite a walk from everything on the very edge of Narbonne by the main roads. Industrial estate with lots of hotels on it.

Cheap.good location close to Peripherique but not far from city.Easy free parking

It's a good place to sleep over the night while travelling. It's clean, and the receptionist was very nice. Also, there is enough parking space.
