    Pros +

    • My GPS sent me to the wrong hotel, B&B 2. But B&B 1 was right accross the street so no problem. The digital check in requires some trial and error, could be a bit more intuitive, but I got in, and the hotel was clean and good value for money. I also liked the gated parking lot, because I had a car full of luggage.
    • Big enough room with code access (no staff on duty when we were there). Free parking and a good location for the short drive into Narbonne and its proximity to the motorway. Great value for one night.
    • Bed, en suite. Just what was needed on long travel

    Cons -

    • Room was quite small.
    • Shower is very small and the soft plástic curtain toches you constantly, so probably that curtain has touched a lot of bodies before...
    • No kettle, lots of road noise. Small room

We came from other B&B in Toulouse and this one wasnmuch better. All clean, bathroom clean, room clean and smelling ok.What It was expected (clean, bed confortable and not noisy place) despite being low cost.

Shower is very small and the soft plástic curtain toches you constantly, so probably that curtain has touched a lot of bodies before...

Since we were on our way to Spain, this was a great place to spend the night in - not far from the highway, easy check-in even at night, and pretty affordable.

NOT A LOT. THE DISABLED ROOM HAD GOOD HAND RAILS AND RAISED TOILET

NO RECEPTION YOU ONLY MET A PERSON WHEN YOU LEFT. THE ENTRY SYSTEM COULD NOT BE READ WHEN THE SUN WAS OUT. THE BATHROOM NEEDED NEW GROUTING WITH CRACKED TILES

    8SaraPosted on: 9-9-2025

The free parking was much appreciated. Since it was on the edge of the city, it allowed us to easily take a bus in to see the touristy stuff and still have some peace/quiet while sleeping. Staff were super friendly and helpful. Room was quiet and clean.

The room and bathroom were small, but honestly that’s to be expected in France. The paid breakfast left a lot to be desired (especially the runny/wet scrambled eggs).

    cleanliness

really small room, too small, the bath/toilette door cannot be fully opened, it hits the bed.

Easy booking fir one night close to highway

Too expensive for what you get. Nothing more then a F1 hotel but then more expensive

The only real advantage of this property is its location for road users, it’s positioned right next to the highway, which makes it suitable for a quick overnight stop for drivers who are simply passing through. If you’re traveling by car and just need a place to rest for a few hours, its self-check-in system could offer convenience for late arrivals.

This property is not suitable for couples, families, or tourists, especially those relying on public transport, as it is far from the city center and completely isolated — no public transport access at all. As is common with other hotels in this group across Europe, the experience was extremely disappointing, and after trying this concept a few times, I can say with certainty: never again. The value for money is unjustifiable — at around 70€ per night/room, the quality was shockingly poor. The rooms were tiny, not clean, and not maintained, with visible hair in the blankets, dirty surfaces, and a stuffy, unpleasant smell throughout the hallways and staircases due to old, filthy carpets. There was no air conditioning, and during our stay, the temperature hit 37°C, making it extremely uncomfortable during the check-in process, it was impersonal and frustrating, relying solely on machines, and the property felt deserted with no staff presence at all.The plumbing was a disaster: when we used the shower, water flooded the entire room, and even the sink was blocked — water wouldn’t drain when washing hands. This added even more discomfort to an already terrible stay.To make matters worse, the property felt unsafe — the parking area was open and unattended, and we saw people sleeping in their vans in the lot, likely travelers from the highway. I didn’t feel secure leaving my car or staying the night.

    Good

Ringing to gain access , no receotion at all. Entrance door was anxiety till I learned key pad must be pressed slowly.

Great, simple standard room. The breakfast was lovely, and we appreciated the locked gate at night for an added layer of security.

    No elevator.

Secure parking and easy access to main route on onward journey

Not many places to eat around area and had to walk quite a distance to find food and drink.

    Free patking

No staff, just one electronic counter for registration; the guy in front of me was unable and took literally half hour to complete it. Small room, marginal cleaning, few privacy at ground floor.

    7AndyPosted on: 4-30-2025

The hotel is basic and for the price is good. It is just off the main route to Spain. The beds were comfortable and the water hot. The room was more spacious than any I've used over the last few years of travelling.

It is clean but perhaps could do with a deep clean. The carpark gate locks at night and your room code opens it. However someone could walk through the open side gate and into the open main hotel door which worries me.
