Novotel Narbonne Sud

Location easy! just abroad the highway! perfect for a stop during a lo,g drive! calm and clean

The food at diner was unexpected bad the breakfast is ok

Breakfast

Overwhelming air freshener. Smell in the hallways. So much so that we would hold our breath whenever we came and went from our room. Those chemical fumes cant be good for any living thing.

Ideal property for one night stays for people driving long distances. It’s close to the highway, comfortable rooms, pet friendly, good parking and has a pool and a restaurant.

Pool towels ran out at least 5 hours before pool closed… convenient but not very scenic location.

Spacious room and delicious breakfast, comfortable bed and sofa. The room was clean and had everything required for the good stay.

Positive staff

A/c was a problem but was corrected

Pequeno almoço bom; estacionamento fácil

Espera no check in e quarto pequeno

Good parking and elevator

Staff was not friendly in the restaurant

Very modern and clean in the reception and bar area

Room very dated needs updating

Great location for the motorway for stopping off. Great restaurant for dinner and breakfast. Dog friendly.

Pleasant

WC too little space and not connected to the bathroom, not the best solution

For 6€ late coffe.. dont buy it

No english at the hotel.. after booking price they are asking for extra payment. The price that i got on the appmis nothing for them. They have difrent prices

all the staff were very friendly and helpful. The breakfast was very good. The location is ideal for a stopover on the way to Spain. sufficient parking outside and only a short way to the old town of Narbonne by car.

Very nice common facilities with lounges indoors and out, bar area, dining room, (kids play area, although we don’t have kids), swimming pool (not heated, hint to management- think Solar!) room was nice size, interesting with separate room for toilet. Staff spoke English and was friendly. Breakfast was excellent.

Far away from downtown, and taxi is about 20 Euros each way. Little parking downtown, so didn’t really leave the property. We did eat dinner on property and it was good.

Convenient location friendly staff

Toilet separate from shower room no hand washing facilities next to the toilet. No USB charger points in the room

Good location when travelling to and from spain, good food, very clean, good facilities especially pool, helpful staff.

Very friendly staff, good breakfast

Small bathroom

Staff at the reception very nice

Service at the restaurant was way too long (85’ for w course and dessert)

Roberto the front desk assistant. He was not only argumentative & rude. But also made a racist comment towards my wife !
