Pros +
- Very spacious room and a big king size bed, close to the Halle's and the middle of the old city. Quiet street too. Although it's an older hotel and needs a little update, it was very clean and the staff were very friendly and helpful. Be aware there is no lift, and they have bar fridges to use in the rooms on request.
- Owner and staff were extremely accommodating. Excellent location, clean and tidy.
- We did not have breakfast at the hotel. Location was very good. Room was clean and comfortable.
Cons -
- It needs a refresh but the cleanliness and general happy helpful vibe of the staff made up for that.
- Knowing in advance that there was no elevator would have been helpful in choosing a hotel.
- The room had a stuffy smell which got better after we kept the windows open for a while. The curtains are not very thick and you can easily see into the room. Morning light was less of a problem as view into the small courtyard helped reduce sunlight in the mornings.

Great location, very pleasant atmosphere, clean rooms and helpful staff! I would totally recommend it!
Love this hotel! Especially with new owner and gracious host— Corinne is the best! We had a spacious, comfortable room, bikes securely parked in courtyard. Special breakfast with great coffee and several delicious gluten free crackers and cookies. And in a perfect location!
The room was big and spacious. There were a couple of treats to welcome us into the room (mini Easter eggs etc). The shower was hot despite a notice in the room that it might take a while for hot water to come through.

Great location. Freshly renovated room. Very friendly staff. Breakfast was available for 11euros
Some of the building was dated but they appear to be renovating and we had a lovely fresh room on the second floor
A charming and comfortable hotel. The hostess was welcoming and pleasant. The location was quiet, but only steps away from sites and restaurants. I was in room 3, and it was recently renovated. It was comfortable, large, and very fresh feeling. The breakfast was nice as well. Great coffee. All in all, it was a very nice stay. If I'm ever in Narbonne again, I know where I will stay
This was the second time that we were staying at this hotel, the rooms are comfy, great mattress, and it's just across the street from the market, perfect location. Easy to park right near the entrance. But the best thing is the staff - so friendly, welcoming and helpful. Highly recommend.
Very chik and elegant little hotel, very close to the centre. The staff is very pleasantly happy to help.
It has no coffee facilities in the room, that would have made this charming hotel a golden star.
This is an small family hotel, with extremely friendly staff, that went over the expected to be sure that our stay was perfect.
If I have to say something, the room was a bit old but that was totally expected from a building that close to the center. Having said that is was visible that the hotel was being improved
Perfect location. Very helpful staff. Very good breakfast. Merci!
Excellent location on the edge of the city centre - so everything is within easy walking distance. On a side road, so quiet with plenty of residential parking. The staff are super friendly and helpful. The hotel is small and comfortable.
The hotel is making good improvements to the somewhat dated decor.
A really friendly family run hotel. They sorted out a revision to our booking caused by a train strike and arranged a taxi for us for an early morning departure. Comfy room with large bathroom . No more than 4 mins to Narbonne cathedral and less to the lovely market . It’s not plush but is well presented and cared for.
Nothing really but it’s always nice to have a kettle in the room.
Great location, right in the centre of town. The staff were exceptionally friendly and helpful (concierge-level service). The decor is simple, but it’s very comfortable and very clean!
location brilliant breakfast reasonable for 8 euros .Next door to best restaurant in town
General cleaning very poor. Carpets in common areas disgusting.entrance and checking in not good.we rejected our first room as too small and pokey and unclean .
Corinne was very friendly and helpful. She was the perfect host!! I hope to stay in touch! The location is brilliant, opposite Les Halles, in the town centre. The bed was very comfortable and the breakfast was lovely with local products and a personal touch.
Good question ?Perfect stay!
The location is good for all the eateries etc. There is also a large underground car park just down the road. The hosts were very friendly and welcoming. Everywhere was clean.
The hotel has new owners who are renovating and up-dating the place. The room was clean but small with few power sockets, the lighting wasn’t good and the en suite was very cramped and out-dated. We assume all these issues will be addressed in the refurbishment but, unfortunately, we felt that the facilities were sadly lacking for our stay.
Gret location, very cute yard and very kind host.
Great location. Separate bathroom and toilet a good feature.
Room was “awaiting renovation” but had an interesting “old school” feel.
