Good location, clean and helpful staff

Room quite small but it is a budget friendly accommodation so no issue there

Very convenient stop, our third time here. Comfy rooms, nice bathroom, adequate breakfast. Restaurant next door and large secure car park.

Rooms are VERY small, and the breakfast area is very cramped when busy.

The staff were helpful at reception and breakfast. The quality of the breakfast was better than I expected.

No gluten free options at breakfast and staff struggled to replenish food and clean plates.I had forgotten how small the rooms in these hotels are. They are also decorated in unusual dark colours making it feel even darker.

There were ants in our bed and our drsin was plugged with hair The facility was only superfically clean.

Ibis is always a good choice and this one didn’t fail either. Clean, small rooms with everything you need when you’re on the go. No deposit was required and there was free parking which we needed. Recommend 10/10.

Close to highway, 24h reception, closed parking, next to commercial center, clean rooms, great room for 2+1 families, great price, nice staff, quick check in and great timings - check in from 14:00, check out till 11:00.

As always with Ibis, lovely staff. The two women covering the breakfast rush were incredible. It was absolute pandemonium (the dining space is too small for the size of the hotel) and as soon as they had filled up the buffet/cutlery drawer / etc. it was emptied. But they both worked their socks off to keep things filled and always with smile and kindness.

Although the very nice chap in reception put us in a disabled room (as he recognised right away this would be better for my wife) the room smelled quite stale. Perhaps because it wasn't used so much? Breakfast was OK but the dining space is way too small for the number of guests. Staff are saints to work with the pressure this causes.

We usually choose Ibis hotels for overnight stays during travel, and this one met our expectations in terms of basics.The room was clean and the beds were comfortable. Breakfast was simple but of good quality.The receptionist was very polite and checked us in late at night without any issues.Although there was construction nearby, they only started working as we were checking out, so it didn’t disturb our rest.

There was a very unpleasant smell in the room, especially in the bathroom. The hallway had the same strong and unpleasant odor, which made the overall experience less comfortable.

Nearby steak restaurant very good.

Twice in the morning cleaning staff entered room to see if it was empty. Not their fault as hotel has no system to know who has left room. Place do not disturb sign on door till you leave!

Really convenient for the motorway yet quiet at night. Clean and comfortable, staff very friendly and breakfast good. Great value for money. Plenty of eating options nearby.

Revamp going on ground floor, not told and I had booked ground floor for my dog

Good location but no room parking with a van and trailer

The shower was poor and I had to hold the shower head to have a shower it did not fit into the catch on the wall. The glass door made a terrible noise when opening it and at one point I thought it would break and shatter. I saw an insect on my bed in the morning.

Small room but everything you need. A little out of centre but actually a nice 30 min walk in. Just a couple of mins off the motorway. Quiet.
