Hotel ibis Narbonne

The women at reception was very helpful and always smiling. Very good tea at breakfast.

The tools were not clean at breakfast, when the omelette and milk ran out, the waiter didn't bother to refill them. The door key-card demagnetized every second time and I had to go to the reception. To open the room door, I had to put a lot of effort, the entrance to the room was so tight that a fat person would have difficulty getting out.

The hotel was easy to reach from the motorway and the beds were comfortable

very little in the way of vegetarian options at the restaurant

Easy to find, clean, very comfortable beds and great shower

It was a bit of a squeeze with a large dog but it was ok

Room was very clean and comfortable and I like that you can open the window (rare in North American hotels).

I'm used to a coffee machine in the room and there wasn't one. I think the lobby coffee machine was free and available all day but I didn't know until I left.

Nice and clean, conveniently located close to the highway exit, a few minutes driving to Narbonne downtown. Very good breakfast.

Somewhat small room, but OK.

The room was small, but very well laid out. The beds were extremely comfortable and the location superb - just off of the Autoroute and easy to find. The Bathroom was especially clean and well proportioned.

Find the Hotel late at night can be a slight issue especially of you are traveling alone.

Easily accessible and breakfast was good

Rooms depressing and very unattractive.

The meals were good. The location was excellent being just off the motorway but the room I had was very poor with a window that looked onto sacks of the dirty linen waiting to be taken away

My room . I booked comfort room I was allocated a standard room and eventually given the disabled room which they said was the only one available

There were a couple EV chargers in the parking and some Tesla chargers in the neighboring parking. Also, dog-friendly!

The room was small and challenging to move around with the bathroom door blocking access when open.

The wifi was good and we could stream without any interruptions. The location was also good. There is shower gel and hand wash.

The room and bathroom is unclean it is a very cheap, basic hotel. There are no tissues, a kettle or a fridge.

Great location, the people are always welcoming, the food is nice

All

Dry near to the motorway super clean helpful staff and safe parking with a decent steak restaurant attached !

The restaurant (as always) is a MUST. Fabulous food and good value. The location is great...very close to the freeway/highway.

We had a tiny room (142). The room was very dark and the bathroom was extremely TINY! The room could have been a little cleaner as well...the floors were not very clean.

Breakfast very good with lots of good choices.

We wanted to be able to make a cup of tea in our room. We wanted other more options at the restaurant apart from meat .

It was ok for Euro 50 per night, nice breakfast, ok restaurant

Fine for Euro 50 per night

Excellent restaurant at hotel..good beds...easy access to motorway

Clean, easy access, location

Very small room, not suitable for family with kids

We liked the personal: they were very helpful with the small things: to put our wine in the fridge, etc Also cleaning service was nice!

The room is very small and not so modern. Also the breakfast is not so good

Accessible

We paid too much for what we got. room, breakfast everything we found costly. Breakfast per person is too much for what was given.
