    • Beautiful apartment, clean and super quiet. Excellent location. Highly recommended!!!
    • Excellent location, beautiful room, super clean. Quiet neighborhood. Highly recommended.
    • Value for money isn't too bad. Staff was mostly helpful and friendly

    Cons -

    • The 4 stars hotel category is preposterous. I get that the rooms are supposed to be basic but a bit more effort could be made to make them a bit more homey. Like in many many other hotels in France, shower pressure is negligible. The area behind the hotel felt kinda sketchy so even though there was street parking we paid for the hotel's gated one.
    • The undercover parking wasn’t great for larger vehicles. We were driving a Peugeot 5008 and it was a tight squeeze getting in and out.
    • Where to begin? This is a bare bones hostel and had 4 stars on the outside and is categorized as a hotel-residence. It has no maid service and you have to throw out your own trash when you leave. It is not a hotel. The room door key system is almost impossible to use and even the Asst. Mgr. admitted this. I have been in the hospitality industry for many years and almost never complain about personnel because I give people the benefit of the doubt and don’t want to get someone in trouble but the manager, Maverick, was an extremely insulting nasty man who is not fit for working with people. I was unwell and couldn’t get into my room since the key wasn’t working. I raised my voice because I was in distress and it was plain to see. This “manager” took it personally and was obnoxious. The next morning at checkout, he escalated the situation and ignored me when twice I said to stop talking about an already resolved problem. He should not be working with people if he takes things personally and is unable to diffuse a difficult situation but rather makes it worse. I suggest he is demoted and Houria is promoted. She did exactly what he should have done, which was to take me aside and try to calm and help me. I’m posting a photo of the artwork in my room. Every single person I have shown it to said with no prompting from me that it reminded them of the “cattle” cars in WWII and this in a city that was in the center of the Vichy government. The company who owns the property should remove it.I want to reiterate after the innacurate response from the manager that I have witnesses to uphold my account of the situation. I showed the photo to many people and simply asked what they thought it was. ONE HUNDRED PERCENT said it made them think of the holocaust. These are not the faces of happy people on their way to a Marché.

It’s simple yet very functional. Easy to walk to the town center. Free luggage storage.

The staff at the property particularly Simon at reception was always friendly and accommodating of my family’s needs, smiling every time we saw him. Housekeeping was great too when on the last day our toilet started playing up and she helped to unblock it.

The undercover parking wasn’t great for larger vehicles. We were driving a Peugeot 5008 and it was a tight squeeze getting in and out.

I liked all of the staff, with one exception. in particular the assistant Manager Houria, was very professional and helpful. the breakfast was nice and in a pleasant room. Not much else to like.

Size of the room, quiet area, easy walking distance to the train station and city center

Not much storage possibilities in the bathroom.

Very pleasant and helpful staff! The apartment was very comfortable and very clean. It was a bit far from the canal for us but very walkable for younger folk. But parking was not an issue to drive to the canal but we were there on a Sunday night. Beautiful city with several restaurants along the canal. We would definitely stay here again.

Staff is really helpful and the room is spacious with the facilities.

The bathroom was not clean and there were a lot of stains and hidden dirty areas.

    10GlendaPosted on: 4-14-2025

Very friendly and accommodating staff. Comfortable bed. Short walk to the gare

The distance to the nearest patisserie. We didn’t want their full breakfast.

    - Apartment had a good size, kitchen had everything you needed, clean room- Friendly staff- if you wanted an early check in or late check out there is a fee of 10€ per hour- Breakfast was ok, food quality good, but very limited choices and long waiting time for refills (only one woman working cleaning the table, setting up everything, refilling and cooking) - very central location- pictures are deceiving it looks way better in photos than it actually is- I would have hoped for more infos ahead of time regarding the private parking. To enter the parking you needed a badge. A badge that you recieved only upon checkin. It was very difficult to find parking outside to get out and checkin first before you can enter the private parking

The localisation is great, staff is great, interior car parking is great!

rooms needs some renovation and more caution on details.

    8HayleyPosted on: 3-24-2025

Value for Money, Location and Room size was invaluable. Safe parking at the rear of the hotel with secured gates. Restaurant, bakery & supermarkets all within a short distance.

Be careful with the entrance being hidden amongst the other stores on the frontline. Small welcome door.

The fact that was clean, room facilities were perfect and spacious; in case you would like to spend a few more days you could even cook. Perfect for someone in business trip. The view from our room was lovely and the staff very friendly. We like to thank Sabine for taking care of our room.

There was a secure location to place my bicycle. There was a staff person at the main desk every day and that helped me feel safe. The room was very clean and the bathroom had plenty of space. The bed was very comfortable.

    7FabrizioPosted on: 12-23-2024

the breakfast was super good, the cheese amazing and the sweet alway fresh

the structure is not a 4 stars hotel, the reception is not 24/7, the room are not equipped with one use only material like toothpaste or toothbrush, hand soap etc. Our room window was not closing well and there was noise from outside.

Great location just outside old town Narbonne, we stayed here before so knew the property. Facilities in the room were good and bathroom shower was very good.Parking is secure which is a plus when visiting cities these days.

Kitchenette could be equiped with a filter coffee machine is possible.Pillows were a bit hard for our liking.
