Hôtel L'Alsace Gare-Sncf

As a rail traveler this hotel is perfectly located just Arctic the road from the station. The staff were very kind and attentive.

Close to the train station. Nice large room at street level. Very pleasant staff.

All good

All good

Excellent location, clean and very helpful staff members.

Very friendly stuff and good location at the train station and 5 min walk to old town.

very quiet, very clean, real shower & tub. friendly staff.large room. narbonne is small so this hotel was close to all.

no bidet, no hot water pot for tea.

Very comfortable and clean. Friendly and helpful manager. Perfect location opposite train station. Also supermarket and restaurants nearby.

The reception desk and entrance were very well decorated as well as the room I stayed in. The bed was super comfortable. The manager was very accommodating, allowing me to check-in much much earlier than the check-in time.

The stairs. I was in a room on the second floor and it was hard climbing the stairs, but the manager was kind enough to help me with my luggage.

Really convenient for the train station, which was great for arriving in the evening. The room was big with a big comfortable bed. There was also free WiFi in the room. All in all everything was much better than expected for a 2* hotel. However, one of the best bits about staying here was the excellent Vietnamese restaurant just down the road. If you stay at this hotel and like tasty food then you have to go.

There was very limited hot water in the shower in the morning.

Hotel l'Alsace is situated directly opposite Narbonne train station which is perfect for exploring Narbonne and the wider area. The owners and staff are friendly and accommodating. My room was comfortable and clean and quiet considering it's near the station. I would recommend the Hotel L'Alsace for a safe and budget friendly hotel option for a few days in Narbonne

The breakfast does the job but I'd prefer if cereals and fresh fruit was available

The location was very good. The hotel was comfortable and the staff very friendly.

There could have been more choice for breakfast.

We stayed here at the last minute, as our train was cancelled to Bordeaux. We weren't meant to stay in Narbonne and we had to find a hotel close to the train station. This one was directly opposite, which is why we chose it. Beds were clean , room was OK. We didn't have breakfast as we had to catch an early train.

It was pretty much what you'd expect from a 2 star hotel. The people were nice, the hotel room was clean and bed was OK, as was the bathroom. Location very handy for the train station.

The excellent location in front of the train station made me pick this hotel. The helpful staff let me have an early check-in and I had a good sized room. Had my bags stored at hotel after check-out until my train departed.

Cleanliness, location, staff.

A lift would be a nice addition.

Great location, friendly and helpful staff, beds were comfortable and air conditioning was much appreciated in the usually warm weather.

Only issue was the bathtub was simply to narrow to be comfortable for bathing, so despite choosing it because it had a bathtub we resorted to showers instead.

The guy at the reception around 10pm was great.

Construction hindering access to the hotel by foot. But that is mostly the city’s fault, still be careful when crossing the road.

Location opposite station. Staff were lovely. Comfortable rooms

I found it very clean and comfortable. Great full for the effective aircon!!

Nothing awful jumped out at me!

Close to the station. Helpful staff.

The stairs are not easy with large bags

Very helpful staff. Clean room. Right across the street from train station. Quiet. Adequate breakfast for 2 start hotel.

Water in shower varied in temperature. Not the hottest.
