Wonderful hotel, tons of charm. Staff is extremely friendly and accommodating. This is our second stay at La Residence, favorite hotel in Narbonne. Close to town center & cathedral.

    Nothing!

Friendly and helpful staff, great location with comfortable and clean room.

We arrived with wheelchair and were upgraded to a room on 1st floor with wet room shower and lift right opposite our door. Everyone was very kind. Breakfast was delicious - self service - but everything really fresh - freshly squeezed orange juice, soaked fruits and fresh yoghurts.. - croissants, boiled eggs ......

Room was decent size for a city hotel. Nice courtyard view of older tile-roof building. Location near canal and central to historic sites. Staff pleasant and helpful.

    Weather warmer?

Staff were extremely friendly & helpful. We arrived wet & muddy after our bike ride but they were very welcoming.gGreat secure bike storage in the garage with CCTV cover. Nice lounge and breakfast area.Very good breakfast. Comfortable bed. Lovely and quiet.

The standard room was a litter small and no tea/ coffee making facilities

Great location, near dining, the Seine, parks, quiet and safe at night. Very friendly staff.

    10StefanPosted on: 12-7-2024

Personalised service, breakfast, half way between railway station and Les Grands Buffets, we would come again and can recommend the hotel wholeheartedly.

There was nothing not to like.

The location of the hotel is quiet but very handy to the Narbonne old city centre and near the beautiful canal. Plenty of eating options around. The breakfast was well presented and tasty. Our bed was comfortable. When we asked for assistance from staff they were always helpful and understanding. We hope to return one day.

Our room was rather small. I should have booked a superior room as we are travelling for a long time and have large cases. Apart from that everything was fine.

Very good location, cute boutique hotel in a charming old building, and the staff were really friendly and helpful.

    10MichelePosted on: 11-4-2024

The hotel has old world charm with modernised rooms. It's in a great location; in a quiet street, a 10 minute walk from the train station and within easy walking distance of town proper and sites of interest. The staff were exceptional with their service and professionalism. The room was very comfortable and quiet.

Great location comfortable and clean boutique hotel 5 minutes walk to centre. Staff were very helpful and accommodating. Facilities were great.

    10BarbaraPosted on: 9-23-2024

Lovely hotel, friendly staff, good breakfast. I'd definitely stay here again. Walking distance to an incredible cathedral, nice little shops and cafes. Beautiful historical area of Narbonne, not crazy crowded with tourists.

    Can't think of anything

Great location & lovely breakfast options.

The shower was very slippery & both my husband & I almost fell. Could do with a non slip mat in the shower

Close to Centre but quiet, aircon is a bonus but a little loud. The rooms are nicely renovated but the the bathrooms are a little tired. Excellent location and a lovely hotel with good service
