- A bit out of the way if you want to go into Narbonne itself (which we didn't), and would probably be a bit basic for a prolonged stay, but for one night couldn't be faulted.
- I was on the 4th floor and there was no lift so bringing my luggage up so tough!

Very clean the lady on reception made me feel very welcome and she was very polite and her English was very good nothing was a bother to her and she recommended a very good restaurant to eat

Decor and bedding is basic, clean, functional. Garden area uncared for. Vending machines only. Allocated a room with a child’s bed above it - impossible not to bump heads when getting up or moving around!

They forgot to clean the room. I arrived for one night and the room was not clean, bed undone

As us brits love a cup of tea we were sad we didn't have a kettle in our room but it was explained to us that 2 star doesn't include a kettle also wished the air con could have worked better but it didn't stop us from sleeping
